The was this lady in my apts and she made the dankest pupusas. I talked to her about it one time and she made more money working out of her kitchen than her and her husband's income combined, like including the ingredients and everything. She made them everyday while I was growing up and I'm 22 now and me and all my friends have moved from the apts but we still go and get pupusas from her. I wish I could share one with all of you.

I love all of this food. my mom side of the family is Salvadorian. the first one we call Pan Con Pabo. we have it every Thanksgiving because it is Bread and Turkey. all of these are very delicious and I love being Salvadorian!!!
ps: try nicaraguan foods.. it's good as hell. especially el nacatamal de cerdo, el quesillo con crema y sevolla en bolsa(lo tenes que comer correctamente amarando la bolsa y despues hacer un hoyo pequello abajo y lo comes), la cajeta, el vigoron, etc..
My grandma makes pupusas every weekend and she makes the panes rellenos for holidays. She makes the best curtido because she uses lemon instead of vinegar and she puts cucumber in it too.
