Love the content. However, I've done this Nidra both in daytime and nighttime, but each time I fall asleep even though that's not my intention. I'm slightly frustrated by this. I'd like to enjoy the whole Nidra fully and emerge awake. Any thoughts? Thanks!
The body needs to do what it needs to do, you will get tnere, do it more mid day time Morning you can still be tired and same night time also have a coffee sometimes but really just let go, lots of things happen during yoga even crying you have to let the body do what it needs to do x namaste x
