I'm not sure which is worse Florida heat or Florida rain. Enjoyed the reviews, though none of that looked like anything I would eat. Enjoyed the presentation and congratulations to Craig and Kylie.

The prices - as always - are obscene.
The skirt steak bao looked good, but chicken liver aioli? YUCK!!! Seen so many reviews of the fry flight, and it always looks good, although I don't care for sweet potato fries. I've heard good things about the yucca fries (Erica raved about them on yesterday's show), but I don't care for yucca either. The lamb gyro looked good, and maybe the flat bread is a better (less messy) choice than the traditional pita, which always seems to get soaked/fall apart for me.
Good move, eating in Morocco, that's where Tim Tracker always eats - lots of empty tables, and shade. Must be the "vlogger spot". Or the "Smart people spot". :) :)
It’s not overcooked. It’s dusted with rice flour to create that crackle. Ask the servers at Jiko. They’ll explain it more.
How many new booths total are there this year?
Do they not have little 'sachets' of vinegar for your fish/chips/fries...like they do at Capt. D's.
I'm surprised at the number of reviews/overviews of the fest that review 3 to 5 things and almost all review the fries. I realize it's a new booth but, they're french fries.
Well if you think about it, it's probably one of the most popular choices for their viewers too so it makes sense to review, people are going to want to see an opinion on something they're likely to try
The breads both looked shockingly terrible and yes the guo bao seemed off, I do not expect a perfect Taiwanese steamed bao but this is bad.
