I own the dvd, & I try to catch it whenever it's on HBO. It's one of those movies that you get sad when it's over. As the credits begin, you're, like, "No, please, don't go. I want to stay with you and follow more of your story."
Fantastic movie. Will see it for 3rd time. Well written and directed. Great story. John Lloyd Young was wonderful. Movie had me laughing, crying and being happy just to hear the music I loved so long! Everyone should see this movie!
When a cast can take you back to that period in time with them, and you forget you are in a movie theater! That is pretty damn powerful!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed the entire cast.... but Vincent’s character as Tommy was my favorite, he just blew me away!!! To all of you, cast , Clint & crew ...keep movies like this coming we need good quality stories like this back!!! seen it twice will see the play next month...looking forward to the DVD... ~Marion

We watched it with my 2 year old son ( fast forward the cussing ) and now he wants to watch it every night. He now stands in front of the t.v. with a broom as his mic stand and mimics Franki. Also Piazza nails it as Tommy. We bought the soundtrack as well. My hand to god, we're hooked on Jersey Boys.
Finally saw this and I have to say that it may sound corny at this point but I really did not realize how many songs The Four Seasons put out over the years. There were a lot of hits in this movie that had me like "damn that was them too!" Movie was dope and as a Jersey kid myself I really loved the vibe.

When I found out that Clint Eastwood decided to make this movie made sense to me because he wanted to be a part of a real life story of real people with great dreams. Angela Umbria Italy
That's a great way of looking at it. There's no substitute for real human stories and situations and Mr. Eastwood has proven to be very good at telling these stories on film. Thank you for commenting.
