I'm pretty positive they have to take trim pieces off in order to do it correctly and mercedez benz doesn't exactly make it easy on anyone to take their cars apart, in fact they are some of the hardest cars to take apart. Weight IS something you can change and you DO have control over it. You won't see immediate results, it takes time, it takes a change in your mindset and your determination. There's many things people wish they could change about themselves that they don't have the option to. You wont like eating healthier when you start, but it will start to grow on you. And its not like you have to eat plain brown rice and plain chicken. Add some flavor! Soy sauce on that brown rice, Sriracha on that marinated chicken, and mix some broccoli or whatever greens into each bite. Remember, it takes a change in mindset! Anyone else reading this feel free to add some positive input.

Talk to your parents too. If you say you want healthier foods they will buy them for you. Take an interest in cooking, look up "easy healthy recipes", its not hard to cook, with a tiny bit of your parents help you can learn. But you have to commit, turn cooking healthy good tasting food into a hobby. Its always hardest AT the start, its always hardest TO start. But don't let that discourage you, use that information as motivation! Its always easier to not try, thats the most dangerous part. Its EASIER not to do your homework, its EASIER not to wake up on time, its EASIER to not eat right. But humans are incredible beings. We FEEL better when we push ourselves to BE better. Maybe not after the first day, maybe not after the first week, or even the first month. But in a few months you will start to notice change. Not only in your main goal which is weight loss, but you will feel better, this is not bullshit, you will FEEL better, and you need to embrace that. Know in your mind that when you start to feel good, it is because you changed your diet. EVERYONE has discipline, but not everyone uses it.
Sorry dude i got caught up there in my own motivation for my own life and it kind of spilled over into here. But you posted this because you're unhappy with your weight, and that IS something you can change if you try. Also set up a few "cheat" meal days, maybe Tuesday and Friday (or whichever days) you can eat whatever you want. It's just about balance.
