I just found out about these a few months ago, I finally bought one 2 days ago and wow!, This does wonders with helping me rein my a.d.d. In so much better than any other hobby I have so far. Plus it challenges me to think " outside the box". By that I mean, that it challenges me to look for every possibility that this box has the potential to become; people are like these shape shifting boxes, every possibility that we could become already exists within us. We just have to keep moving and changing our perspectives until we find what shape we like ourselves best as.
