- In this video, Abhi and Niyu explain why wrestlers such as Bajrang Punia, Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik are protesting at Jantar Mantar against WFI. They are demanding that allegations of sexual misconduct against WFI president and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Singh need to be investigated and WFI needs to dissolve. The olympic medal winners are asking the government for its support to dissolve WFI and form a new wrestling body.

Wrestling fed is dominated by Haryana and Delhi wrestlers ..other states wrestlers are ignored or put out .. also these star wrestlers dont give trials or or give fitness tests ..its easy and comfortable to just put sexual assault allegations without any proof .. Every accused untill proven guilty by a Judicial Trial, is innocent in the eye of law. So Brij Bhushan is also innocent untill his crime is proved in Judicial Trial. These wrestlers want to punish him through extra judicial media trial. This act of these wrestlers clearly politically motivated therefore I strongly condemn their protests since FIR has been registered against him and these wrestlers should now wait for the Judiciary to perform its duty.

It's very disheartening to see that our prime athletes have to come for a protest regarding the case of sexual harrasment against WFI President. I don't know why these politicians become head of a sports category when we have lots of experienced and doyle sportspersons who know the every bit of problem faced by other athletes. Anyways, i'm eagerly waiting for the justice on this case bcoz as long as this case is delayed, it'll malign our nation's image which is definitely not something to cheer about. 👍

Not 100% true ..i know coz now coz this Brij bhushan is promoting wresters from UP/MP and other states.. Wrestling fed is dominated by Haryana and Delhi wrestlers ..other states wrestlers are ignored or put out .. also these star wrestlers dont give trials or or give fitness tests ..its easy and comfortable to just put sexual assault allegations without any proof .. BTW please read the IPC u will know how discriminatory it is against the men

The protesting wrestlers need to submit proper evidence in support of their allegation or else, anybody can blame anyone. Bajrang Punia even threatened the PM exactly in the same tone that was heard during the farmers' protest.
