Traversed 6000 miles to attend the graduation of my niece only to find their names dropped with no explanation the evening before graduation; yet she had been cleared in all aspects (academic and finance); and had appeared on all previous graduates lists!!!. Total incompetence in administration. I can right now see many students lamenting with their confused parents and guardians noticing the names (still posted on your graduatants website) now dropped from the final list!!! A huge cost to parents and great disappointment to students. No one in administration seems to be caring at all and customer service is very dispiriting - what a mess I am seeing here.
Tell us why some of our names have been removed from the graduation list in the last hour yet we were assured by finance and HODs that we are graduating with proof of graduation list. And in the final day 10th you are posting another list without our names. Do you know what it means for a parent to travel 🤔 all the way from Northern Uganda only to reach and find out that his sons or daughters name has been removed from the graduation list. Like me my self I have already missed 2 graduations . We need correct explanation for this.
