    Love seeing some good coaching = love seeing making a positive difference in the student.
    Materializing a difference is changing subconscious input. Liz is a great student, totally focused on doing this.
    Cheers!

    I have similar issues as Liz and to compound things I have been trying to hit harder. At the end you mentioned six months to her. I assume that is the time to fully implement the new technique. Is that typical for most players trying to make these adjustments?

    Could you link again to your iPad software? I need to film myself again, and the basic iOS seems a bit clumsy. Thx.

    She's over extended that's why she can't turn her racquet over. Knees are straight, elbows are straight, waist is straight...

      @@greenlampshade8909 too straight locked out joints are a problem. You have to load energy by turn, coil in prep.

      Why does your description of her inferior swing fit so well with this forehand ( 1:43 )?

    • @trex1448
      @trex1448 Рік тому

      @@greenlampshade8909 he's warming up hitting with no force. This is literally like when you play half court tennis to warm up. That's why he is upright and knees, waist, everything straight. He's not loading up. Federer also knows the difference and his strokes reflect that when he hits. It's a difference that is literally distinguishable in half a second of seeing him start to move to hit the ball let alone the entire sequence.
