2007 Tomos Targa LX A55 Rebuild Pt. 1

I just bought a 2007 Tomos LX A55 for $1000 and I am going to do a multiple part series on rebuilding/restoring it, while also getting some more performance out of it to have some fun. I bought the bike for my brother so that he would also have a moped to ride when he turns 14, just like I did. This series is going to take 30-60 days give or take, so stick around to see an awesome series on restoring a beat-up Tomos A55.
