Baby sanders got coached by the mannings forever and then Tom Brady. You can tell.
Every time he threw the ball downfield I knew it was going to be a dime and Travis playing both sides of the ball was a huge difference maker in this game. Two amazingly talented guys and I believe watching them here and when they were at Jackson State that they are the real deal. They didn’t lose a step coming into the FBS.

So very proud of that team. What an awesome game to kickoff College Football! Many talk down about the lack of talent and skill at HBCUs and yes we do lack the latest equipment and fabulous facilities but we instill in our young people the Will to fight and the belief that they can overcome any adversity. The power 5 cannot touch or teach those life sustaining skills.
They gotta keep this energy up. It’s one game. I know Coach Prime gonna keep them focused and humble. They can run it up.

I’ve been a college football fan since I was old enough to go to my first tailgate in Athens almost 20 years ago, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team that feels as much like one big family as this one.

I'm a former HBCU student and fan, Go SWAC !! If he indeed had more passing yards in this game vs. any HBCU games, that says don't underestimate the HBCU schools. Yeah, the HBCU's usually lose against the bigger schools outside their conferences, but that doesn't mean that their aren't gems on the smaller schools teams. Respect the smaller conferences.
I knew Colorado was gonna be good with prime. The dude brought in really good recruits and he’s gonna continue to do that. Excited for Colorado to join us in the big 12. I’m surprised that everyone else is surprised that they won. I won’t be surprised if Colorado becomes a regular playoff contender in the future.

Shedeur Sanders didnt waste Tom Brady's time when he worked out with him that is for sure. Shedeur Sanders looked like him in a lot of ways. The pinpoint accuracy in particular was special on top of that Shedeur is a elite athlete at the position.
He was doing all of this at Jackson St. He takes this serious. Nickname GROWN for a reason. And that temperament is what led Brady and others to like him.
