    Would you please post ENGLISH Instructions on cooking process. I have the ingredients in English, only the rest is missing and would be helpful. What are you doing at the end with the skewers over the tray of water with the paper gar and cinnamon sticks? Does that go in the oven, the bbq or how is it cooked? What's going on with the tinfoil and what did you place in it to get it smoky before covering with tinfoil? How long to keep covered? I hope you will post specific cooking instructions in English please.

      she/he kept 2 pieces of coal in tinfoil and then added oil to top of it to produce smoke and covered it with aluminium foil.

      keep it covered for 5 minutes. This is done to give it a smoky taste which makes it like x100 times better imo

      she/he just placed the skewers over the tray of water and that goes in the oven for 30 minutes. Hope this helps.
