From the video it seems there is still a bit of glue mark around the glue point on the rx7.
I've found B7000 to be a good choice, takes a day to cure but enough bond in a minute to hold it, it's not a rock solid bond but more than enough for this, most important of all it doesn't leave paint marks behind, especially for Ferraris that all have odd mirror placements.
Do you think installing the mirrors mainly in the Ferraris, will depreciate their worth
Appreciating assets solely rely on "new and untouched" conditions. So I would say do not put them on.
However, I am not one to buy model cars and focus in resale values versus just collecting and enjoying them.
i'm only familar with the japanese market, but yes if you install any optional parts it will depreciate the value, also even if the box is cut (you'll see the number inside) that will also depreciate the value as well, but in general some people won't care.
It's official, I won't be doing that.
