Homemade No-knead ciabatta

- I tried making ciabatta using the no-knead method so that it can be easily made without a kneader. :)
A detailed explanation will be provided below.
350g Bread flour
260g Water
3g dry yeast
6g Salt
35g Olive oil
1) Add yeast to warm water and mix.
2) Add oil and mix.
3) Add bread flour and mix.
4) mix until no flour is visible. (In the summer, ferment at room temperature, in the winter, place in the oven or microwave with a cup filled with hot water.)
5) Fold it 4 times at 40-minute intervals. (Fold lightly so that the dough does not tear when folding.)
6) Stretch the fermented dough evenly into a square on the work surface and divide it into desired sizes.
7) Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the cloth to prevent the dough from sticking, transfer the divided dough to the cloth and cover it to prevent it from drying out. Perform secondary fermentation at room temperature for 30 minutes. (At this time, preheat the oven and add an oven pan or grill net to preheat it.)
8) Put the dough in a preheated oven and bake at 430°F for 15 minutes.
