I dearly love the various jazz versions of this song, but it is really GREAT to experience the styling of the old master violinists - this one is especially meaningful. I think this is the way it was meant to be played. It has just the right amount of "hope" and yet is melancholy. An exact expression of the title.
Beautiful! I enjoyed listening to this. I like the background sound of fuzziness. Did not detract from the music at all.....gave a nostalgic feeling which fit in with the music. Thank You!
