I mean akshan is pretty good early and okay lvl 6 1v1 but after that he just giga falls off and becomes useless, i have a 100% winrate vs akshan in GM the champ is only playable in like emerald or below, the scallings are all over the place and all his items are either giga nerfed or reworked
