Somewhat creepy but you can't stop listening. Is that the definition of a Siren? Not easy to pull off a short story in a song anymore. Most singers here in the states repeat a lot of the same lines in a monotone like voice, it's annoying. This is refreshing to hear.
I can agree with her being a siren! Her voice is enchanting in a comforting spine crawling kind of way!

Please has multiple meanings (namely verb and adverb): please v. means to give someone satisfaction or pleasure in serving them (people pleaser) and please adv. is used to be courteous with requests of others (would you please, may I please, etc)

@@SanguineHeart You are probably correct. Kalandra seems to have taken a musical direction that I find less appealing than their initial releases. Seems most bands do that. It is like bands lose their roots or something. I don't understand it.

A band's earliest works are often their best. Rarely is that same magic ever recaptured.
Their latest stuff is still just as good, if not better. This belief of yours is assuming that every band becomes a sellout to some capitalist producer that forces them to (what they believe) appeal to a wider main stream audience…. This is not one of those cases.
