Coastal Artillery vs Stronk Boat - Delta Force

Just a random game where I was testing an initial build for the CI-19 gun which looks promising but then the game really didn't happen because the enemies team couldn't move past their spawn for the entire round and then I ended up exchanging shots with a boat camper who I couldn't kill despite dumping about 6 - 7 anti tank rockets into him like wth?
