Just FYI about the title---- the term "La La Ley" in Korea-- refers to a sort of trendy, pop culture -seeking, sexually free, sort of superficial person that is not thought of well in Korean society. So she is talking about someone being themselves as an outsider and liberating herself and not succumbing to society's uniformity and homogenizing.

Based off other videos I've seen the romanization is the word Nalari, she transformed it to la la ley to make it easier for western listeners.
