I have it once in a while with family when we order it at home. Gluten free vegan pizzas are definitely healthier ones with no intake of cheese. 😊

Great video again Shweta! Love the choice of content and your explanation as always. I was wondering if you could tell me why certain cultures don't consume mushrooms? Even I don't and I really would like to know the science behind that or what Ayurveda says about it. And about the Gluten-free concept, almost 65 percent of Americans are gluten intolerant and suffer from coeliac disease, therefore they need to restrict gluten from their diet. But gluten free has just become a tag for multiple corporate companies to just offer products at a costlier price. It is not necessary for everyone to go gluten free. Anyway, excellent video shweta! Keep up the good work. 😍
About mushrooms, i just don't consume them because I don't like the taste ☺️ and gluten free is definitely being commercialized but if I take a step back and look at the millets that we have in Indian cuisine that are gluten free, I'm pleasantly surprised at my lack of knowledge so far 😀so only if people simplify this and look into their homes, there will be lots of inexpensive gluten free options 🙌

I agree bajra is a healthy millet but only if eaten in winters. In mumbai heat...it only harm your body. So bajra based pizza is definetely not a good option.
Which is why there are 6 other non bajra options!

A gluten free diet is essential for someone with celiac disease. But going gluten free otherwise may be detrimental to your health and may increase the risk of type 2 diabetes, lack of fibre, vitamins, etc. So anyone who is going gluten free without any reason should check the risk factors. 😊
