Parkour & Freerunning with 45 | I'm Still Standing

After 5 years which change my life completly I move again with a bit more age and weight!
So I have to re-trim every single movement, but it pays off, because mental health is so important!
Despite persistent disc backpain, headaches, tiredness and a bit dizziness I'm motivated again to move on and go with the flow!

I love the song, that happy oldies vibe. You still move very well, definitely don't throw it away! :) I would love to revisit these and some new spots in Vienna, maybe next year, i just forgot where almost all of them are, so if you still train it would be nice to meet up if you are up for it.
One of my core memories with you and Vienna is how you didn't even hesitate to accommodate us in your flat, two teenage Slovakians with shitty english you've met for the very first time. Very cool! :D I am happy to still see you moving.
