    I'm teaching myself Power BI paginated reports and have been trying to figure out how to allow users to select the columns. Your tutorial was spot on and I've now got my report working. Thank you!

    I've been using SSRS for years, but have never considered using a textbox to toggle column visibility before. That might come in very handy.

    Hi, I have tried this but didn't work, because i don't have column groups, do i need column groups to be able to use this "trick"

      Hi! There are no column groups in the tables shown in this video. You need to enable advanced mode for the grouping pane as shown @03:55 in the video.

      I don't know of a built-in way to do that in SSRS. You could write use the SWITCH function in a calculated field:
      =SWITCH(
      Fields!MonthName.Value = "January", "I",
      Fields!MonthName.Value = "February", "II",
      ...
      Etc.
