I am working on removing myself as a evil person that I was. I was lost and I found Jesus’s messages that make me see the light and it started to change my heart. My sister is a narcissist and has all the signs of an evil person although she thinks she is holier than thou. I have had to remove myself to remain sane. It took me years of abuse to finally realize she wasn't going to change. If you have an evil person in your life don't wait as long as I did. Toxicity and drama can make you ill. I am at peace now and no longer worry about when she will reach out and stab me in the back again. Thank you Lord for giving me the strength to walk away. I pray you will continue to protect me from this person.

But remember this temptation is not a sin. You can be tempted but the thing that is the sin is when you yield to the temptation. It hurts when one is tempted but it’s not in control of you. You are in control of what you do and you will have the faith to ever fall back into sin.

Stay watchful, ask for discernment. Ask God to open your eyes to the people in your life that harm you, and the people that need you. Pray for all those people. Distancing yourself may be necessary, but you CAN love at a distance. Ask for wisdom. Trust that God will use ALL things for the good of those who LOVE HIM. He knows your heart. Do you love God? Do you love God the way the Bible defines love? Just some things to consider. I’ve experienced this lately. He can use this for your good too.

Caesar is a liar and thief, who steals that which is Gods. Caesar wants to be God. Keep all Gods Children. I’m not saying don’t pay your taxes; I am saying that this verse is not telling you to pay Caesar what he is owed. Not to mention the issue that Caesar in modern times, is the same seat in which the Pope sits on. Who also claims to be the King of Kings and Sovereign over the whole Earth. Modern pastors forget this, because they view Caesar as representing your Gov. It’s a POV that only modern peoples would have, not those in the time of Jesus and up to about 200-300 years ago. Yet it’s an interruption that has never been correct, and comes from the minds of men who serve 2 masters. It’s Caesars interruption, to get you to acknowledge his sovereignty over you. But Caesar is a pretender, It’s said in the beginning God created the heavens and earth, God not Caesar. Caesar (and Lucifer) seek to steal what is Gods. Those who teach that you owe Caesar anything, knowingly or unknowingly; are teaching you follow Caesar and not God. Caesar has never given to God what is his, he is a usurper of God. When you consider that most of the disciples and the early Christians died ultimately because they refused to bend the knee to Caesar because Jesus was their King. Does this not mean that ultimate Jesus is our Caesar? (In terms of the title, not the person. In the sense that he is our ruler and king) Does it not say one cannot have 2 masters, for you will love one and hate the other. For those who love Jesus, you end up hating Caesar (or whoever the ‘leader’ is.) For those who love Caesar, do they not end up hating Jesus? The word teaches us to not have 2 masters; and considering the whole counsel of God when considering that verse. Men who read that and arrive at that conclusion, to pay Caesar what he is owed, do so because they have 2 masters. But when I choose to have but 1 Master, then owe everything to him and nothing to the other. Last, as an American; our constitution was created in such away that we would have no Caesar’s lording over us here; many of the early settlers came fleeing Caesar (Popes) whom were killing any Christians in Europe who dared to claim that Jesus and Jesus alone was there King and High priest; and that they would not follow or pay anything unto Caesar. In America, we have no Caesar, and sovereignty is held with the people not the government. Don’t you see the issue? With this teaching? This interruption is clearly from the minds of those who have 2 masters; not from the mind who only bow the knee to Jesus and Jesus alone. So when you say pay your taxes to Caesar, your acknowledging Caesar sovereignty over you and this become servant to him, and not God. Meditate, ask God to show the truth of this. Jesus, as usual, knew his audience. That the enemy was amongst them, so in typical Jesus fashion in his immense wisdom, his words are said precisely in away that the enemy hears one thing and his children, who know him, hear another. With that said, I will repeat, I pay my taxes; so should you. (Though their is a great civic debate on what should be taxes and what should not, considering America fought for independence over taxes in the first place; if they’d view this verse as pay your taxes their would be no America but I won’t touch that here.)

My sister is a narcissist and has all the signs of an evil person although she thinks she is holier than thou. I have had to remove myself to remain sane. It took me years of abuse to finally realize she wasn't going to change. If you have an evil person in your life don't wait as long as I did. Toxicity and drama can make you ill. But remember this temptation is not a sin. You can be tempted but the thing that is the sin is when you yield to the temptation. It hurts when one is tempted but it’s not in control of you. You are in control of what you do and you will have the faith to ever fall back into sin.

I’ve been struggling with toxic family members , I’ve over come abuse and manipulation from friends ,relationships and co workers and it’s a little easier when you can cut that person out and get away from them , but it comes back to family . I’ve been searching for guidance on how to biblically deal with a parent and sibling who have been toxic to me and others . I want to honor my parents and love my siblings but what do you do when it’s family that hurts you . Is it wrong to cut out family members ? How do you love your enemy but not allow them to continue to hurt you or drag you down ?

Stay watchful, ask for discernment. Ask God to open your eyes to the people in your life that harm you, and the people that need you. Pray for all those people. Distancing yourself may be necessary, but you CAN love at a distance. Ask for wisdom. Trust that God will use ALL things for the good of those who LOVE HIM. He knows your heart. Do you love God? Do you love God the way the Bible defines love? Just some things to consider. I’ve experienced this lately. He can use this for your good too.

With that out the way, ‘Give unto Caesar what is Caesars, and Give unto God what is God’s.’
Many use this to say you should pay your taxes, amongst other things. This is what’s taught, by men.
Yet, If all things belong to God, then nothing belongs to Caesar. If nothing belongs Caesar, then I owe nothing to Caesar. Caesar is a liar and thief, who steals that which is Gods.
Caesar wants to be God. Keep all Gods Children.
I’m not saying don’t pay your taxes; I am saying that this verse is not telling you to pay Caesar what he is owed. Not to mention the issue that Caesar in modern times, is the same seat in which the Pope sits on. Who also claims to be the King of Kings and Sovereign over the whole Earth.
Modern pastors forget this, because they view Caesar as representing your Gov. It’s a POV that only modern peoples would have, not those in the time of Jesus and up to about 200-300 years ago.
Yet it’s an interruption that has never been correct, and comes from the minds of men who serve 2 masters. It’s Caesars interruption, to get you to acknowledge his sovereignty over you.
But Caesar is a pretender, It’s said in the beginning God created the heavens and earth, God not Caesar.
Caesar (and Lucifer) seek to steal what is Gods.
Those who teach that you owe Caesar anything, knowingly or unknowingly; are teaching you follow Caesar and not God.
Caesar has never given to God what is his, he is a usurper of God.
When you consider that most of the disciples and the early Christians died ultimately because they refused to bend the knee to Caesar because Jesus was their King.
Does this not mean that ultimate Jesus is our Caesar? (In terms of the title, not the person. In the sense that he is our ruler and king)
Does it not say one cannot have 2 masters, for you will love one and hate the other. For those who love Jesus, you end up hating Caesar (or whoever the ‘leader’ is.) For those who love Caesar, do they not end up hating Jesus?
The word teaches us to not have 2 masters; and considering the whole counsel of God when considering that verse. Men who read that and arrive at that conclusion, to pay Caesar what he is owed, do so because they have 2 masters.
But when I choose to have but 1 Master, then owe everything to him and nothing to the other.
Last, as an American; our constitution was created in such away that we would have no Caesar’s lording over us here; many of the early settlers came fleeing Caesar (Popes) whom were killing any Christians in Europe who dared to claim that Jesus and Jesus alone was there King and High priest; and that they would not follow or pay anything unto Caesar.
In America, we have no Caesar, and sovereignty is held with the people not the government.
Don’t you see the issue? With this teaching?
This interruption is clearly from the minds of those who have 2 masters; not from the mind who only bow the knee to Jesus and Jesus alone.
So when you say pay your taxes to Caesar, your acknowledging Caesar sovereignty over you and this become servant to him, and not God.
Meditate, ask God to show the truth of this.
Jesus, as usual, knew his audience. That the enemy was amongst them, so in typical Jesus fashion in his immense wisdom, his words are said precisely in away that the enemy hears one thing and his children, who know him, hear another.
With that said, I will repeat, I pay my taxes; so should you. (Though their is a great civic debate on what should be taxes and what should not, considering America fought for independence over taxes in the first place; if they’d view this verse as pay your taxes their would be no America but I won’t touch that here.)
