Confined to hospital bed nearly 20 years. Have ALWAYS BELIEVED IN THEIR EXISTENCE. I became a widow following loving the one man I fell in love with at 14. Before he went to join our only child and Jesus he too listened to you, Dave P, Steve Isdahl and Kerry Arnold. His whole paradigm of life shifted. He especially loved listening to you read these encounters. For some reason it put him at ease. They over radiated him in his fight against cancer and it went to his brain. He took his life, but you provided him hours of a soothing voice that took away the horror of his fight! Thank You Cam. You have been used as a vesel to help a very sweet soul during his toughest time of a giving life!!!!
To the man who shot the psychopathic teenage bigfoot, at 19, I too would've done the same thing. Bigfoots evidently are like us; some are just evil. The beast was torturing an innocent. U did the right thing. Ty for sharing this with us.
Could u fathom at seeing the mother throw that mournful fit of rage over her child's death! I think I would near about have a heart attack from it beating out of my chest! I just killed her child!! What if she smells or sees me! Then the think of that poor deer! Yep! That would be me if she finds me!! Man I'd pray for heart attack to take me out then! Lol man that's a hell of story in opinion!! Just thinking about that scene and how it went it my head!
Empathy for pain in others that have not been experienced by yourself, is not fully developed in humans surprisingly late in life. I can imagine it is the same for bigfoot. How many young boys haven't tortured bugs, small animals and so on? It does not mean they are evil. Just un-mature. Saying that, i understand the hunters reaction. He had no means of knowing the consequences of his actions. He could not know that the bigfoot was a juvenile.
@@58nunzi if you have any experiences with these creatures please share. im very interested to know more about them. it seems like every encounter is different.
I’m torn. It’s simply nature at work and I’d be tempted to not intervene. We don’t know what’s going on in its head. He wasn’t attacking a human after all. I dunno. I probably would have just passed out. LOL

Thank you, Cam, for providing such wonderful entertainment totally unrelated to all the craziness going on in the world these days!! You are a GREAT story teller with a beautiful, smooth as velvet Southern voice!
The ghost story was awesome. Creepy but bittersweet. My daddy never said he believed in Bigfoot but he never mocked any of the stories about them. In fact I learned about them when I was a kid from magazines he bought like Saga and Argosy that had stories about Bigfoot in them. I suspect he knew more than he told me. He was a hunter and a fisherman and did both all over South Georgia all of his life. Me being his baby girl, I didn't get to share those hobbies with him. We shared a love of books and history. And I know that we were closer than he was to my brothers. For that I'm grateful. They were not very good sons. My husband became the son he needed and loved the best. He's been gone since 97 and we still talk about him everyday. I sure wish I had asked him if he'd ever seen or heard anything.
I never got to know my Daddy until I was 19 years old. Over the next year we made up for 19 years of missing each other. We went canoeing down the North Fork of the Potomac River. I was born between the North and South forks. I think that needs to mean something. Unfortunately, while my parents were both a part of a ying and yang, they were just too young to know any better. Plus, Mom's oldest sister just about had me aborted so she and her family didn't look "bad".
@@athanasia6766 my daddy was my constant companion as a child cause I was a late last child and my two older sisters were not around as much. I was that child where daddy thought he’d get a boy. I learned how to fish and clean fish, how to change oil in his truck & mostly if daddy left I wanted to go too. I’m a female. But I know why cause the man I married was that guy my daddy loved. They were both smart and creative. Both engineers. Daddy knew about machines and design and my husband was a aero space design engineer.

I currently live in northern Utah and have been here since 2005. I have done camping and hiking here and a little fishing in wilderness areas. But I am originally from Maryland where I lived from 1976 to 2005. I have hiked and camped most of my life in Maryland and surrounding areas mostly on the Appalachian trail. I have been with large groups but also by myself on overnighters. I have been followed on the trail and had a few weird things happen. I was nearly killed by a Sasquatch when I was 14 years old when it just barely missed my head with a grapefruit sized rock that it threw at me in the night when I stuck my head out of my tent after we had been bombarded by sticks, howls, screams and weird noises because my scout group got too close to their territory. I still like to go hiking, camping and exploring but it is so hot and dry in the summer here and I have never got used to it and would like to move back east some day. I would never seek out another bigfoot experience and I don't want to know anything about aliens. Any monsters other than bigfoot like the ones walking on all fours and even prehistoric crap in other parts of the world are coming to light. After hearing about all this super-freaky stuff here in Utah I think I am catching the next plane ride to Vermont to get as far away from this place as I can.

Hello Cam,!?! Or Mr. cryptid. My name is Eddy I was hoping to get an audio book if still available, also the other Authors names so I can check there writing out as well My kindest regards , DOS DIABLOS
I am a native of Utah. I own acreage near the Manti La Sal Nationa Forest just 10 miles north of Milburn. It is 4:47am, I just woke up randomly to this specific spot of this podcast. I am spooked a bit because I have been dreaming of Dogman all night long. Just as an FYI, I have had run ins with Sasquatch in Washington State and have found obvious tracks in the back country of Utah twice. So yeah...
I asked my daughter what she was thankful for and she said " I am thankful for Crab legs, and the first person who thought to himself, " I wonder what that crab taste like"..LOL
I've finally have heard a story that someone has experienced the same level of weirdness in their life like me! I am talking about the guy that tells multiple stories at the end around the time mark of 1:00:00. The shape-shifting bird coming down out of the sky, strange chupacabra walking on two legs ect. I lived out in the Mojave Desert in Southern California. The land I lived on has a portal on it. And to what I believe is the spirit of a dead Bigfoot that watches over it! I live there for 5 years. While we live there my mother was going to college uptown in Barstow California. She was explaining to her professor about all this strange phenomenon going on at our house, UFOs hovering over the house, a giant invisible creature that sounds like it weighs over a thousand pounds stomping on the roof all the time at night, it would stomp so loud that it would sound like 12 gauges going off in the house with dust flying around from the ceiling and you could see the roof Bow Down on every step! Things would fly around the house .I can go on and on! We found out in 1977 through old documentation at the college, this house was built on ancient Indian burial ground. We found this out before the movie Poltergeist came out. This place is the real deal! There is even Indian pictographs in the nearby mountains that are protected by the federal government. People should not be living on this property! I will have to write Ken some of my story! This property is a mild case of Skinwalker Ranch!
Did yous ever see it? Thats some crazy shit. I two have seen some crazy things in my life. Its crazy that the things i seen can be real. Like to hear more of stories.
BiGdfoot can cloak becoming completely unseen and travel in orbs and other ways so it was probably alive but anything is possible. I have many videos of cloaked beinGs
Mus cat a tuck is how it's pronounced Cam. It's worth looking up. My husband and I live about 10 minutes from there. We had never heard that story before but have heard a few stories of Bigfoot along Sandcreek. Thanks for sharing with us and Happy Turkey Day!

I've said this before, but I will say it again. I'm from Oklahoma and am used to hearing people talk with a southern accent. So when I hear that familiar drawl with those vowells drawn out, I get a warm, comfortable feeling. It's brings a familiarity that inspires a trusting attitude for me. I can relax and fall asleep when listening to you. Thus, you turn out to be the voice I go to sleep to each night. I have difficulty with sleeping, so anything to make those long nights pleasant and maybe shorter is welcome. Thank you for the pleasant demeanor and great stories you choose for all of us.
Love the chickens 🤣🤣. It reminds me of my times in the country when I was sit and watch the dogs play while listening to the old folks tell their stories.
Do you know how long it took me to find "mus ka taw tuck" river?! I love it when you stumbling over them damn names. Keep fumbling. You're an honest southern man that doesn't pretend to be anyone else. Keep'em comin'!
Hi. The name of that river baffles us Hoosier’s too. The Way I learned how to say Muscatatuck is “my cat is stuck” but southern like “mau cat is tuck”. I love your channel and listening to your stories. You have a great voice and I really like how you treat every story and the author with kind respect.
Hey, Cam, we in Canada had our Thanksgiving last month but that doesn't mean that I haven't been thinking about you all down south. Hope you had a great time, everyone. Had to wait until Sunday to listen to this posting as it was a little longer than usual. Loved it! Cheers, my friend!

I've listened to this podcast many times. I love it! Each time I listen, I have to chuckle when you come to that word you can't pronounce. It's so funny when you struggle to sound it out. That usually very fluent tongue and mind just kinda lurch and threaten to lock up! Some can do it, and some can't. It's like spelling, either you can or can't. Funny, I don't mind your mispronunciation. You really try. Love ❤️ you, Cam.
I'm thankful for my babies, Steve Lilly, and long podcast from Mr. Dixie. 🤣. All jokes aside, appreciate the small things today, as our world is changing quickly, I see nothing changing for the better, prepare for the worst my friends. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! Especially my fellow purebloods 🤣🤯😇
Happy Thanksgiving to you Cam, and your family, dogs, chickens, and any other miscellanious pets and friends, and the DC crew too. Wishing everyone all the best, and to have a safe and happy holiday. Best wishes Sydney Australia.

Hey Mr Cam my favorite narrator. That was a sad story about the torture of the deer. I feel sorry for the man who killed the bigfoot. I'm sorry he carried the guilt and regret all those yr.s. Hello Cam,!?! Or Mr. cryptid.
My name is Eddy I was hoping to get an audio book if still available, also the other Authors names so I can check there writing out as well
My kindest regards ,
DOS DIABLOS
Happy Thanksgiving Cam and family and our people. I’m thankful for Dixie Cryptid. Got done with eating…..I feel fat….my weaves feels fat too.
Happy Thanksgiving from Northern Ireland
Great stories. Appreciate your rooster’s contribution to the stories.
Happy Thanksgiving and many blessings to all! Cam, thank you for the great stories.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING CAM! THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO!!
If he has more like he says. Tell him to send it all before it's lost. Great stuff.
I love the part when he said Damn that a good shot? The second thought I need to reload 😂😂
3 minutes ago?!!! Oh my gosh this is the newest freshest Dixie cryptid I've ever found I think I won the lottery!
Oh Lord. Keep Jesus close. Don't go home w/o Him!
I have many videos of cloaked beinGs
write, text, to the facts by how to hunt..
@@greytallcloud5695 i believe there are some that are the 'spirit' ones and some are really here.
Mus cat a tuck is how it's pronounced Cam. It's worth looking up. My husband and I live about 10 minutes from there. We had never heard that story before but have heard a few stories of Bigfoot along Sandcreek. Thanks for sharing with us and Happy Turkey Day!
Good stories... thank you Cam. Always a pleasure. Happy Thanksgiving to our people.
My favorite narrator by far.
Awesome, Cameron, thank you. You Rock buddy.
Cam your real down holler! Love your stories sir. You do a great job. Your also a very kind and genuine person. I can see that in how you speak and never judge. Keep up the good work brother.
Well, that second story certainly solves the question of what Sasquatch do with their dead.
Now, that's what I call a good Podcast!! Thank you, Cam. Awesome stories!
I get the BEST Ab exercise whenever I here you try to pronounce a word that is actually hard to pronounce!🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Cam!
I spelled hear wrong...🤔🤔🤔😏
Happy Thanksgiving Cam, family and friends. And your doggies and animals too. Thank you for the Bigfoot encounter. Have a great day.
Cam ,l really appreciate that you know what's going on around the country, seriously we stood a good chance of losing it!!
The stories are great as usually and your chickens give me a good laugh. Thank you.
I've visited several cryptid sites, but your is the best! Good work
😁👍🇺🇸
I'm thankful for you and this long episode to help me get to sleep tonight at a hotel.
I was laughing at the guy racing to his tent, as if a tent would protect you from anything more than a mosquito or bat! Great stories.
Happy Thanksgiving Cam!! .. im thankful for your podcasts Cam, they are entertaining, interesting and enjoyable to hear you read them. Thank you my friend.
Excellent job and Fantastic narration. Luv hearing you laugh.Happy Holiday season
Thankful for a savior & his provision!
Happy thanksgiving from your people in the UK. Have a good day x
Love the talking also, don't ever just read, it makes your channel what it is, great!
Very thankful for you. Happy Thanksgiving!
Such good Stories! I love your blue chicken and blue mottled rooster! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
I would be horrible at faking it Sherry...LOL
Happy Thanksgiving Dixie Cryptid from
The Baxter Family North Alabama
Hi. The name of that river baffles us Hoosier’s too. The Way I learned how to say Muscatatuck is “my cat is stuck” but southern like “mau cat is tuck”. I love your channel and listening to your stories. You have a great voice and I really like how you treat every story and the author with kind respect.
That was the perfect way to explain how to pronounce it. 🙂 It's definitely a tongue twister.
I’m thankful that my woman saved me THREE PLATES from the Thanksgiving meal I missed while I am on the road
Bon appetite and drive safely
I’m still binging after I don’t know how many weeks - I am totally hooked on this site and these stories ❤
Those autumn leaves … sooo pretty! We don’t have trees that do the seasonal change like that where I live in Australia.
Thank you Cam!
I just finished your new Audible book and thought you did a awesome job! I’m hoping the ending left it open for another book? Can’t wait to hear another one!
Cam, I'm thankful for dixie cryptid thank you for your kindness T

That second story was unbelievable!
Not a easy task.
Ok, time to sit down after a busy day with my version of Southern Comfort. You have created a great channel here Cam. Better than anything on television to sit down and relax to. I’m just an old friend you’ve never met enjoying our time together. Thanks for doing what you do and I want you to know I appreciate you and having you in my life. Your voice is good for my soul.
Great stories for my Thanksgiving bedtime. Thanks for sharing these with us Cam. Beautiful chickens. Love ya!!💕👍😊

Brilliant...thanks Cam.. from Manchester..England..❤👍🏽😀...
Cam thanks for this podcast! I have been spending my thanksgiving holiday down in bed with Covid! This made me feel a lot better! Thanks to all who wrote in to share their stories. May God bless you all! Happy Thanksgiving!
Feel better soon
I've listened to this podcast many times. I love it! Each time I listen, I have to chuckle when you come to that word you can't pronounce. It's so funny when you struggle to sound it out. That usually very fluent tongue and mind just kinda lurch and threaten to lock up! Some can do it, and some can't. It's like spelling, either you can or can't. Funny, I don't mind your mispronunciation. You really try. Love ❤️ you, Cam.
I enjoyed this pod cast very much. Love these stories
Have a happy Thanksgiving Cam, thanks for the stories man just love your southern accent my brother..
Cam luv the stories
That last one has one heck of an imagination.
Happy Thanksgiving to you Cam, and your family, dogs, chickens, and any other miscellanious pets and friends, and the DC crew too. Wishing everyone all the best, and to have a safe and happy holiday. Best wishes Sydney Australia.
We had a fire and a camp out in the back yard Thanksgiving night and listened to this while we sat around the fire roasting marshmallows 💕 Thanks 😊 we all hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving 💕 Be well.
Great stories again Cam. Nothing like a big turkey dinner and Dixie Cripted!!
Beautiful chickies, Mr Dixie.
Love the chickens.....💝💝
Hey Mr Cam my favorite narrator. That was a sad story about the torture of the deer. I feel sorry for the man who killed the bigfoot. I'm sorry he carried the guilt and regret all those yr.s. I'm sorry for the mother bigfoot. Her son was bad as many a mother and father humans have had the heartache of having to face and deal with. He sounded psychopathic like people who r sick and no conscience. Very interesting. Wow. TY again Mr Cam.🙏😀👍
Happy turkey day Cam
Love you and your stories. Love Steve Lilly keep it up they're Great!! Sure do appreciate your work.
I am Thankful for America and all the many blessings I have received in my life here! Also, I'm thankful for Dixie Cryptic stories.
