I remember how much this song helped me when I had my first break up. Even thought I was in so much pain I was happy that I was free, that was in 2018. I went back to this now is almost a nostalgic memory to me since I don't have pain anymore. My current partner has shown me the way love is meant to be.
After 5 years of being together, he ended it and said the next day he was just drunk and said those words unintentionally. No third party but I felt the need to love myself first. I agreed with his decision of ending it, tried to cope everything up and love myself. It’s been 6 months now, he already has a girlfriend and I am happy for him. I still can’t say I’m fully healed with the pain yet but yes, I am living happily with it. Be back here when I’m all through.
