Although there is certainly room for disagreement, I sincerely believe that punk is the greatest fighting game player ever to have lived, He could take a cinderblock to legend on day 1.
I am not a fighting game historian but punk has definitely been my favorite player to watch in SF6, when he is dialed in I have never seen someone as sharp at him in neutral/at whiff punishing.
I think youd have to be mad to not at least admit hes been one of the strongest fighting game players for the last few generations. The guy is certainly talented
1:14 This is what separates players like Paladin and Dom from the top players... he could have maximized that opportunity and potentially closed off the round if he had spent the drive bars and super meter
He’s young and off the block, even Daigo needed to find his footing setting off on his own journey to fight strong players. Let’s just watch and wait, see where Paladin’s journey ta him
@@yellow4525 He didn't win that round neither that first game... even if he won after it doesn't excuse rookie mistakes that could cost him against another player.
4:37 NOO RYU DON'T SIT ON HIM😱
Seeing Paladin’s Ryu is always a treat
Lol at first it was Akuma who said no escape and the finisher was Ryu saying the same thing back at him 🤣
Ryu is the least YOLO shoto in this game. Mad respect to all of my fellow Ryu mains fighting the good fight!
Punk Paladin is so fun to watch
History repeating itself 😅😂
Anime ending😂

I won't say THE greatest but definitely one of the greatest
In the SF series or just fighters period?
@@pnx073And he just won EVO...
Punk soon shit himself because he didn't want a rematch
punk didn't want rematch.... where you saw that.. hope you not speculating...
Awesome game! Never seen someone take it to Akuma so ... domineeringly. Ryu looks really impressive!
Mk11 and mkx is the best
Punk played better with Cammy, with Akuma it's a bit disappointing to see.

Sure, but he also probably wanted to save it for the next round. I agree he should have used more Drive there
Bruh you say that like he didnt win
@@yellow4525 because he constantly talks like he’s above the actual pros, don’t try arguing with him he’s like a brick wall
