Wow, this is super inspiring! You’ve broken down the concept of early retirement so well-it’s both practical and motivating. #EarlyRetirement #FinancialFreedom #RetireYoung

Thanks for your comment. These 8 steps are mentioned and explained in the video.
      Step 1: Embrace Financial Education
Step 2: Master Living Below Your Means
Step 3: Aggressively Pay Off Debt
      Step 4: Start Investing Early
Step 5: Increase Investment Contributions Over Time (30-40% of Salary)
      Step 6: Navigate External Challenges
Step 7: Diversify Your Income Streams (Rentals, Dividends, Stock Portfolio)
Step 8: Plan for Retirement (Expenses and Goals)
Please let me know what other information would have added value?

Is that your portfolio only or is it combined assets with your wife?
You didn't mention the cost and purchase of your rental income property bringing in 2k a month.

Thanks for your comment. Life and finances are all together. Rental property was bought in 2022 for around 400ish.

@@Moneywithswabi that's a great return on investment...I am a fellow DCA and maximizer of my 457 retirement accounts....I live in California, so rental real estate doesn't make sense if the prices are too high

@@Moneywithswabi What if tomorrow you get separated then? Marriages are not permanent in nature and you can run out of interest in each other after sometime. You cannot forcefully keep living with each other just for money. That kind of life will be quite painful. I feel finances should be counted separately always.

Thanks for your comment, bhai. If you have $10M and live a debt-free life, I assume your investment portfolio would be around $5M. The S&P 500 conservatively provides a 10% annual return, which means you’d generate $500K in passive income annually for the rest of your life. Is that the lifestyle you plan to live? For perspective, the average American salary is $65K.
