Is that your portfolio only or is it combined assets with your wife? You didn't mention the cost and purchase of your rental income property bringing in 2k a month.
@@Moneywithswabi that's a great return on investment...I am a fellow DCA and maximizer of my 457 retirement accounts....I live in California, so rental real estate doesn't make sense if the prices are too high
@@Moneywithswabi What if tomorrow you get separated then? Marriages are not permanent in nature and you can run out of interest in each other after sometime. You cannot forcefully keep living with each other just for money. That kind of life will be quite painful. I feel finances should be counted separately always.
