Thanks for the tour of the pet hotel. We take our pet when we travel. Sometimes it's a challenge to find an adequate place for our 4 legged pets. Some facilities are adequate for our lovely pets. Thanks.
Oh how I love my dog and would love to travel with him outside of work (truck driver and co pilot, respectively) but my guy has a nervous breakdown if I walk more than 10 feet from him but as of late he's been really excited to be left at the groomers and also very excited to be taken to the back of his vet clinic for x-rays. I really would like to visit Disney again and I hope they'd treat my pup like a friend because he needs the companionship of other people
So glad you made this video, been looking for a more current video that shows the room size. Can you tell me how the quality of the camera was when your checked on your fur baby.
The camera was not great to be honest. The view is not wide enough (I.e. you can only see your baby if they are right in front of the camera). Also, the camera quality was not high definition. However, it was better than nothing. They were recently updating their VIP suites when we were last there. Perhaps they have improved the cameras since then. Let us know if you visit and how you like it!
Good question. I would say splurge and do the individual rooms. That will guarantee that your babies will probably not get sick since they won’t be interacting with any other animals.
I took my dog here this past weekend. I thought I booked one of these rooms but then when I asked to see where she would be staying they took me to a really loud, packed, kennel type of room. I was really disappointed as everything I've seen online led me to believe she would be in an actual room, not a kennel. If you are going to bring your pup here you might want to double check what kind of "room" they are going to be in because they call the kennel a room. My dog is easily frightened and the "room" she was in made me really uncomfortable. She looked like she was at the pound. Unfortunately I could not find anywhere else to leave her so she ended up spending a full 12 hours here. She seemed okay when I picked her up, but is now extra jumpy and jittery. I can only assume it was the long exposure to all the dogs barking in the backroom. It was also really hard to get in touch with them throughout the day to call in and check on her.
Michelle, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, agreed it can be confusing which room you are getting as they have lots of options. The private suites are on the expensive end of the pricing scale, but we definitely preferred the privacy for our puppy and the ability to check in on him throughout the day using the doggy camera. Those options are not available in the standard accommodations unfortunately. It’s a good reminder though to check on the specific type of room before booking. I know we were confused at first too.
@@ExactlyErica Yeah, the private suits seem really nice. I dont have a lot of experience boarding my dog, so maybe it was naive of me to expect things to look like it did in the pictures. But I figured Disney is recommending them and I wouldn't put it past Disney to have an actual room available for every dog lol You should consider maybe showing the full facility if you ever do another video. I didn't see anything about the back room when I was doing my research (and trust me it was extensive). I think it could be really helpful for people to make an informed decision
Oh no! Please share your comments here so that others can see. I will say that the individual rooms are probably the safest so that your animals are not interacting with others.

Great pet hotel!
Thank you for making this video!!! I have read so many terrible reviews about this place… I was nervous to bring my dog there. So thanks!
Thanks! We couldn’t find any videos about it either when we were booking, but we are happy that Winnie had a great time!

This is the same place we take our 2 Goldendoodles while visiting the Disney Park.
That is great to hear! Do they enjoy their experience there? Winnie was well taken care of during his visit. Thanks for watching!
Was the establishment clean? So afraid of my babies getting kennel cough or something

@@teresamichelleencalada3120 Thanks! Great idea for a follow up video for the next time we go back.
How much does this cost?
hi, we quickly put the price list at 0:40. At the time the VIP suites were $109/day and the Vacation Villa was $93/day. Thanks for watching!
I've heard horror stories about this place. 😅
