I have never regretted a penny I spent on vacation, but I have regretted not planning ahead of time once or twice 😂. You are wise to sleep on it and honor your reluctance to take from the emergency fund. If it were me, I would cover it from other categories first. It will motivate you to pay yourself back that much more quickly. Every time we tap into emergency funds it makes it easier to tap in the next time when it’s not really an emergency. That said, I support whatever decision you make! You’re clearly making fantastic progress and you do have time to get back to where you were. I enjoy watching your videos and can’t wait to see what you decide is right for you. Good luck!

The birthday game gift is huge. I love how happy you are about this investment. Seems you had a great time and was worth it.

I love being able to surprise my loved ones with gifts! I just need to learn how to do it a bit more responsibly 😜 Which I believe YNAB is definitely helping me with!

3:27 can you continue paying the 107 into a furniture category for future expenses?
yes cover with emergency fund, then replenish E.F.
Also any tips on how you got to the 43 days age of money?

Yes! I don’t think I explained that very well, but I meant to say I would be setting aside the $100 into sinking funds for larger expenses such as furniture or car maintenance. 😊
And for the age of money, I think having the amount I do set aside in my emergency fund is contributing to that being 43 days!
