In west bengal we don't make biryani of this rice bro. biryani is southindian and lucknowi mostly muslim originated food. We use gobindo bhog in pulao. All variants of pulao and payesh. And pulao is much more close to our age old culture than biryani. Not just bengal culture hindu culture I am talking about. Kolkata biryani has originated much much late.
