- It's beginning to look a lot like...ski season. The snow is now falling and it's time to wax those skis and snowboards and hit the slopes. To celebrate we are releasing the full Jackson Hole segment from TGR's film "Stoke the Fire". The segment is a celebration of TGR's home mountain of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. From the lift lines to the deepest powder there is a reason why we call JHMR the home laboratory.
TGR would like to extend a special thanks to all of the men and women of JHMR who kept us safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. This shred is for you!

Having spent my entire life living in and riding all over B.C. that puts Jackson right at the very top of my snowboarding bucket list.
The holy grail as far as I'm concerned.
Been there a number of times. Really amazing. One day they closed the mountain because there was too much snow at the summit and the tram couldn't dock properly.
Jackson Hole is incredible! Gnarliest resort I have ever been to hands down.

Life long skier from Michigan...Been to many resorts in N. America, they all have their different characters, JH is the raddest mountain there is!! Hope to be back there soon.
I think I got Covid in the JH tram in March 2020. No blame! This was before tests or masks or vaccines - it was such a great day, and the tram line stoke was so good. But looking back maybe making trips in a sardine can w/ 100 of my closest heavy-breathing friends wasn't so great an idea. A few days later all ski resorts were closed and I was really sick for six weeks. So be careful out there - now fully recovered I can't wait to return to JHMR, but with my eyes just a little more open.

It is really awsome there. I have spent 5-6 days there last season and the season before that. Even when I'd doesn't snow, the gooming is incredible.

I’m personally from the east and skied the east my whole life. Seeing what they have to do in the morning to get ready is insane. I never thought they bombed the cliffs for avalanches. I would really like to come to Jackson hole for a vacation. great vid

Wah! 😭 If the positions are filled with great people, why would they pay more? Not a charity. Consider the industry too...
Could always go to McDonald's and make $15/hr if money is the biggest concern.
I hope it never goes up. As an average middle class guy I can barely afford to go there now. Imagine if they paid $30/hr it would cost $400 for a day pass and $3500 for a season.
@@thisisfun887 that’s not how it works. They could pay their employees more today without raising prices, they simply choose not to because that money is saved for executives. They make videos bragging about their employees while their employees sleep in their cars or split a 1 bedroom amongst 3 people.
@@mountains2040 amen, bro. Instructors and ski patrollers and lift maintenance and snowmakers should be lucky to live in poverty and be taken advantage of by the resort.
