Awesome video! What did you put under the teak floor? Do you have more pictures from this project ? I bought same kind of boat but motor is changed already to outboard motor. I need to open it and change plywood there to make sure that it can handle bigger motor. I also think that under the floor is that same situation that you had with soaking foam.

that is where the pad came in! a nice sized one! you can still do it! the boat will perform better. tighter with speed. and just as good at low speed!
