The Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection) Act 2015, also called as #JJ_Act_2015 is one of the most important act for all the social activists working in the field of Child Rights & Protection. This is the second video by Dr. Shailendra Pandya about this Act in a simple language through examples. In which major focus on #Child_Welfare_Committee ( #CWC ), #Foster_Care and #After_Care.
Dr Shailendra Pandya is a Child Rights Activist and currently the Member of Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Goverment of Rajasthan. Through this channel, we are trying to share knowledge about Provisions, Acts & Policies on Child Rights & Protections towards holistic development of Children, experiences & findings, and experts' views.

Earlier i had a juvenile case, when i was 17 yrs & 2 months...I had confessed that crime & declared delinquent.... I got 1 year probation+ 20k fine by Juvenile justice court .....Am i eligible for the government job??
