Kyosho Turbo Optima Pro 87 WC livery Project

Hi Rc Fans, A bit of fun project, i have combined the Optima Mid 87 WC spec body with my Turbo optima chassis, it looks awesome. The original Mid WC body is an Optima Pro so makes perfect sense to match the rear motor chassis.

It turned out really nice. Did you clear over the window masks when you put flat clear coat down? Did the masks come away from the body cleanily afterwards?

Hi, Thank you for watching and comment. The window masks were flat clear coated over. The masks came off easily. No issues, i removed them carefully with a sharp hobby knife. Cheers, Clem

Looks really good, is that the standard front bumper on the car ?

Thank you. The small front bumper is from the kit itself. The kit also includes the large (box-art) bumper too.

@@RC-168 that’s good to know, will probably pick one of these up this year & never been sure about the big bumper 👍
Definitely have a think about changing the body now 🤔
From what I understand it’s a great kit to build, I raced one years ago but picked it up 2nd hand so never got the chance to build it
