Awesome! Thanks for the info, I look forward to visiting this park in October '23
Enjoy!
Thank you for this video. I couldn’t decide between Aspenglen and Glacier Basin but with knowing that there’s a shuttle stop at Glacier Basin, I’ll book that one instead. Very helpful video, straightforward, and easy to follow.
You're welcome. Have fun in Rocky!
Very helpful video thank you
You're welcome!
Hermit park on hwy 36 is a great place to stay. Just a couple miles east of estes park. Kruger rock is in this park. It is shown on the national geograph map.
Awesome!
Can you stay at a tent sight with a truck camper? Great video!
As long as it's not a walk-in site, you don't run a generator, and your vehicle fits completely on the driveway, you should be ok. But it wouldn't hurt to email or call the campground/park to make sure!
thanks for the video, but this would be a lot more useful if you did some research and gave out the detailed info (like what size campers allowed, dates camp sites are open, etc)
You'll find all of that info on my website here: www.dirtinmyshoes.com/all-about-camping-in-rocky-mountain-national-park/
When camping for multiple days, are you able to reserve all nights when the first date opens up, or do you need to wait until the last date opens?
You can reserve all nights when the first date opens up!
Are there restaurants close to timber creek? Should we pack and bring all our food?
You'll have to drive into Grand Lake for food, which is about 20 minutes south of the campground.
How many days to have a good visit?

Morraine Park, site 85.
