Wandering Around The Forest on a Rainy Day / Relaxing Rain Sounds (3 Hours No Loop)

- I spent a few rainy days wandering through the forest and filming many various scenes to create not just a listening experience, but also a video that continues to change the scenes without looping. I think this creates a much deeper sense of being in the forest under the trees and imagining the raindrops falling on your umbrella, tent or whatever it's in your imagination. Hopefully the video can make you feel relaxed and melt away some of your daily stresses. Please let me know in the comments what you felt when watching the video. Thank you!

Fantastic! This is what I was always hoping to find here: not 15 minute loop turned into a 10 hour video, not an ambient production like for a video game but actual "footage" of someone with good microphone etc. in an actual forest where it's actually raining.
I feel like there is still a lot to optimize here. I'll be curious if the sound of walking (steps, even if gentle) would be disturbing or not even matter.
The Footage is great, the Sound is stationary and the Rain falls on stuff on a Terrace, not a Forest. I still like this, though. :-)
Nor sure if there is no loop. I think it's repetitive loops. It's too even to be natural

Nik, My wife and I just finished watching your log cabin series and I was saying to her that you should record the rain on those long days that you couldn't work on the cabin and then we found this channel! Thanks Nik. We live in the western part of the MOJAVE desert and don't have many rainy days.
I love real no loop rain and storms. Real weather is alive for more than just a few minutes looped.
I also like knowing where it was captured. But that's just curiosity. It's easier to imagine being there when you know where there is.

I love this more than I can say. Rain is my happy place, and the forest is my other happy place. And these scenes set the perfect tone for the book I'm writing, which takes place in the Pacific Northwest. Now I can just throw this on in the background while I'm writing for inspiration. @@PBunyanOx I... got a little stuck and also had to prioritize my business over writing for a bit. But I am still working on it! It's a big epic fantasy, so there's a lot of world-building and magic-system-building involved. Decided to finish another stand-alone book set in the same universe first because it has a lot more wiggle-room and I can just have fun and write. Thanks for caring and asking.

This IS NOT a complaint... I wish you had included some walking in the beginning to give the viewer the sense of walking into the forest. However I'll take what you have freely given and I'm happy!!! Thank you these videos help so much with debilitating anxiety. I wish more of us would try these videos instead of suffering. I've come to learn in my 49 years that suffering IS optional. You need not suffer from your own mind. Coping skills are what we all need. So again I thank you for helping me find my coping skills.
I've found these tracks to help with anxiety too. There's something about the sounds which relaxes me and allows me to let go of the feelings. I'm glad it's working for you too :)
