Hi Struck I using water based paint any brand will do. The foam is medium density foam which you can purchase at Wallmart. Best if you spray on the paint and 2 layers should be enough and durable.

I printed with the default scale of the chest and it is very large, I reduce the scale to 90% and it looks fine but if I print at %90 the head is too big.and the shell also, couldn't you help me make it in pdf all in the same size for 1 meter 77 centimeters of height

Hi Barry the videos will show which thickness is use for the sections and you have to use the medium density upholstery to get the right depth.
