  • Welcome to the Hallway's UA-cam Premier! Since guys have been loving this content so much on my Instagram and TikTok we are finally bringing it to UA-cam.
Let's be realistic, not everyone has the time to go practice on the range and the course on a daily or weekly basis, so, these at home drills will keep you improving and on track for a better score from the comfort of your home (or hallway in this case)!
This drill is crucial to generate power, establish more neutral swing plane, and increase consistency throughout your entire game.

Hey Golfers, great to have you here! Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
My golf career is marked by a trajectory from a skilled amateur to a seasoned professional, competing on the LPGA/SYMETRA Tour. During my amateur days, I attended IMG Academies, training under the close guidance of the world's best Leadbetter instructors. I continued to thrive while playing Division 1 golf at the University of Central Florida, holding the captain's title throughout my senior year. After finishing my college career, I went straight to LPGA Q-school, where I secured my tour card for the LPGA/SYMETRA Tour. During my rookie year, I joined the cast of the popular Golf Channel Show "Big Break," showcasing my competitive skills on national television. During my professional playing career, I was always drawn toward the technical intricacies of the golf swing, often helping my friends and fellow players improve their swings.
Now let me help you start playing the BEST GOLF OF YOUR LIFE!

Hi Carolin, yeah that over the top is the number 1 issue. Many people match the shoulder turn of the backswing with an identical shoulder turn on the downswing so to flat,I've found that concentration on lead shoulder on the downswing, pulling it up and back, creates the path for the trail shoulder to follow and makes maintaining tilt easier and also facilitates rotation so takes care of the 3 biggest issues of number 1 coming over the top because of to flat trail shoulder turn on downswing, number 2 standing up/losing tilt causing poor strikes, number 3 lack of rotation causing poor accuracy and weak shots.

I love this drill. I’m trying to get rid of my out to in path. I’m so glad you said this is hard to get rid of. Being honest with a student about how much work it is to change the swing path is really refreshing. I’m all in for doing the work. I just got it know that it’s gonna be a grind but at the end of the day I know I can do it and I can have straight divots.

Another good video, but I think it would have been really good if you also made the connection in this video to your last video. This video shows how to properly create width in the backswing and start a good rotational move on the downswing. Your last video shows the importance of bringing the arms back close to the body near impact. These two concepts together explain much of what you need to know to create a powerful golf swing.

Butch Harmon in a recent interview talked about rotation… his image was having your chest over your right knee in the backswing, which is really the same thing. And yes, it works; effortless power

Solid fundamentals like set up and grip will help her develop an efficient and repeatable swing from the get go! Other than that, just let her play and compete in a fun way :) so glad she is loving it!

The turn everyone needs but were not sure of how to get it. So simple 😂 if you can do it on the course congratulations. Everyone gets hung up on muscling, power when in actuality it's effortless, smooth, when done right. If you're wore out after hitting 10 balls in a row you are swinging way to hard imho. It's a dance not a wrestling contest lol

Fighting pulling big time, and every video just shows an exaggerated arms leaving the body and going outside in. I don’t reach out in the backswing. Instead, it should be like your showing, shoulders turning too soon at the start of the downswing.

Another silly video explaining the effect of a cause without knowing what the cause is. No wonder golf is so hard to learn. It's a bunch of dummies who know how to do it trying to explain what they don't actually understand. No pro does this! Sure, it sounds good and looks good and you've seen people do it but it's happening out of necessity not intention.
