I have a soft spot for 24-hour challenges. I've been thinking about this challenge for some time now, but I finally decided to commit. I wanted to know how I act when I don't have my phone for a whole day.
24 hours without your phone can teach you a ton. I honestly think it's changed the way I go about my day now. Sometimes you need that detox to become aware of your habits.

These days, people are always constantly staring down at their cell phones especially when crossing the street and it's like 'ughhh!' I people watch sometimes and I find it ridiculously funny when there are 2 or more people sitting down at a table in a restaurant just staring down at their phone with no communication.
Yeah, my favorite thing to do when I’m at a restaurant is to watch the families where everyone’s on their phones haha

It was a lot different in the past concerning cell phones. They would receive calls or you could make a call. There was no social media. Today, everybody has a phone it will keep you on there.

I think Im able to do it now but it would be extremely difficult. I can have an appointmet or am on my way to work and realize I forgot my phone, I wll turn around and walk 4 or 5 blocks to retrieve it. The app you referred to, Toggle I believe? Sounds like something I could use to track my time.
Yes! I use Toggl for all of my work, and it really helps me keep myself accountable, take a look, it’s free too :)

How is the lighting in your room consistent through all the whole day?
I have a big window in my room, where the sun beats directly through the whole day, I’m pretty lucky for that window!
@@CuriosityCultureBut the lighting is the same at 8:36 pm and lunchtime. Either magic or the sun really loves your room.

I'm on my phone all day long...I couldn't last 2 hours withoutt 😝 I have 2 phones that I use all day..
More power to ya and NO flip phones are the worstt..you could at least use one of the first touch screen phones lol
