The number 1 tip I’ll give you is that it really depends on how much you weigh now. I say this because loosing weight in the fastest time possible isn’t always a good idea because as you may know your skin has elasticity and therefore loosing weight slowly but surely will ensure you have results you’re happy with in the end because your skin will be able to have enough time to gradually adjust to your new weight loss.
I don’t know whether you’ve seen some before and after pics of some people who have very loose skin after loosing so much weight ... which as you may have guessed is because they’ve lost fat very quickly and therefore their skin hasn’t had enough time to adjust to the sudden changes.
Often people then result to going under the knife to get rid of any loose and saggy skin they get, if they can afford it that is.
I hope this bit of information helps you with your weight loss journey and good luck!

Being fat or even obese has become normalised in America and parts of Western Europe, but it's not healthy and it shouldn't be accepted or talked about like it's an aesthetic choice. I thought he was very attractive before and after the weight loss. I related to his story too. Always felt in my sister's shadow and had people telling me I'd be so pretty if I just lost weight. People dont think. Glad he feels better and more in control of his life. That's priceless.
