The sun is shining on a warm, welcoming early summer Sunday in Rhode Island. I have been working on a business plan for over a year, and all the pieces are very close to coming together. Potential partnership, investors, and narrowing down a few other details could all take giant leaps forward this week - after what has been a number of years of hardship & scarcity. Thank you, Nicholas, for always being such a bright light in this world.
It's early in the week but sharing because my Tower moment came on Monday in the form of an inevitable break up. It was something we both knew needed to happen but there was still a lot of love there after 15 months together and we didn't want to let go. We just just didn't want the same things in life and knew we didn't fit well.
Wow!! The grieving/loss thing. I had a healing session Friday night and boy did a lot of grief come up (and out) for a friend that had a lot if romatic potential. I feel do much better but never grieved the loss of what could have been. I need to sit with some residual feelings but finally feel able to move forward.

I am actually dealing with the loss of my grandma. She passed last night, but I'm no stranger to loss by any means. I'm still dealing with a significant loss from 12 years ago, so I feel like grief never really leaves... it just gets easier to manage.

My mother in law has been in the hospital for two weeks after going septic from a small tare in her intestine. Yesterday she was well enough to undergo a small procedure to replace her dialysis port (a new installment) while under anesthesia her heart stopped for about a minute. We will make it through whatever is to come but she truly is a gift to this world and I can't help but feel it's not her time. Please pray with us that this was her rebirth moment and for no further complications. Thank you as always Nicholas for holding this space and loving container for the collective 💛💚💛
