I sell wood signs, they are made of barnwood, but in the theme of rustic art with designs like skiing, hiking, national parks, etc. Could I fit wedding signs in there and not look odd?

Clear brand definition and image. Work on niches. Not just one, several. All related to each other. Not wooden items and jewelry. just wooden items or the other. And each niche should have a product line. Test them. Focus on the niche or hopefully niches that work.
