FORERUNNER 100% (~Insane Demon) by EndLevel

At first I wasn't sure whether this should be rated a hard, or insane demon, but I'm pretty sure this is closer to an insane demon. This level is amazing in pretty much every way possible and it should 100% get rated. Apparently this could be EndLevel's last work too, and if it is, this would be an amazing send off.
