When we're truly honest with ourselves, she does too much with these ad libs and vocal gymnastics. Part of why I love her, and this song, is because of its fragility, quaint femininity and simplicity. Spicing it up here and there is there okay, not to change the entire song. It's just not for her.

I can see your point, but you have to also add into effect the fact that she will sing it differently based on how she feels the song in that particular day. If we wanted the album version exactly how it is, then we would just pop in the cd or attend a Britney concert.
