I never realized what the offset “twisty” screwdriver was for. Your motion was akin to the old brace and bit style drill from back in the day and made perfect sense. 8:00: “Thumbs up, Even though I talk too much!” Extra points always for your sense of humor and humility. Love listening to you because you clearly have a passion for tools and can break down not just what you like but WHY you like it. It’s great that you’re also not afraid to be honest what you don’t like or where something falls short or could stand to be improved. I say, “ramble on, sir.”
I had a bunch of random screwdrivers… and then I tried Wera 😬. I have a couple sets now. Also started trying out some wiha (mostly use a lot of the ratcheting or 11 in 1 style), but mostly I’m reaching for the wera
Started with Klein screwdrivers for many years. Decided to try Milwaukee and was disappointed that the rubber grips started to peel within a month. Went back to Klein and never looked back. I am however glad Milwaukee fixed that problem.
Magnetic tips would annoy me. They attract metal filings. I hate magnetic tips. If I need it to be magnetic, then I’ll use my magnetized/demagnetizer. Manufacturers, don’t listen to him. Lol. Good review. Much better than most on UA-cam.
My boss buys cheap screwdrivers and they cause blisters. I like those milwaukee Cushion grip with the clear bit. Can confirm I beat on the 3/16, no real issues yet.
I went full out on Klein as soon as they came to the UK 8/9 years ago. I spent a lot of money, but I’m looking to swap them all out, why, because I feel Klein don’t support their UK customer base. I bought their 11 in 1, the stubby 4 in 1 and the precision 4 in 1 a few years ago to build an extremely lightweight first response kit. Try to get replacement bits for those drivers, you can’t. I found a place selling them but you have to buy 2, you can’t buy them in singles. Ok I thought, at least I’ll have spares. Then I saw the delivery charge ( they were coming from the USA ) and it was the price of a brand new new driver…………..? So, I’m now going to swap everything Klein I have and replace them with Wera/Knipex/Milwaukee. I have the Wera already ( insulated ones about 10 years ago ) but wasn’t impressed with the laser etched tips. They were a bit like the emperor’s new clothes, everyone claimed they were great but it could never be proved in real life situations. I bought the Milwaukee hollow nut drivers, they are superb so I’ll probably stick with them for my new screwdriver set, Knipex then for all other tools unless they don’t manufacture what I want………..
My everyday set is the Milwaukee 6 pack they had in the displays at HD and love them, and have several of their 11-in-1's everywhere. I have a Sunex set in my shop kit, and those have been spectacular. Tekton is what's in my packout. I'd be interested to see how the DeWalt drivers are seeing as their bits are as great as they are.
I’m Curious About Their Drivers As Well. They Do Not Promote Them Well At All. I Do Not Believe I’ve Seen Them Included In Any Seasonal/Quarterly Promotions.
@@KompleteTechCrew I picked up that 2-piece adjustable wrench set and they're great. I grabbed their spring-loaded needle nose pliers on a whim and now I'm going to get the linemans and diagonal cutters. Highly underrated.
Doyle is solid. I have a few pliers and the demo screwdrivers which ive used the flat head strictly as a chisel and pry bar and it is unbreakable. If it breaks hft will swap it out
I’ve been a electrician for 15 years, I used to think Klein was the best. They are honestly just overpriced junk. I prefer the Doyle’s because they are the exact same as Klein but way cheaper. However wera definitely makes the best drivers
I bought all the Craftsman screwdrivers over the years and got my money’s worth, but they weren’t magnetic, so I bought DeWalt drivers that are. My wife tells me I have too many screwdrivers. 😢 How much did you spend on screwdrivers for this video? LOL
I didn't know about Doyle til a year ago. Everything they offer is pro grade and pocket friendly.
Good video chief 👍
Gospeed in these last days

Definitely my number 1’s!
@@KompleteTechCrewwera is cheaper than Klein
I love my Milwaukee set, I use it all the time. My beater set tends to be my old Craftsman set, it sure isn’t pretty but gets the job done.
That Old Craftsman Was Solid! I Beat On Most Of My Drivers. They All Handle The Abuse Fairly Well.

I Appreciate The Magnetic Tips That Klein Offers. The Klein Drivers Are Very Durable As Well.
My set did the same. From gas and oils they peeled really bad
I have that set and they hold up well.

I have and use Klein multi bits drivers and for my individual driver set I use wiha 1000v slim shaft drivers.
