Is school transportation privatized in Canada? I’m only asking because down here in the States the city or county name is lettered on the sides of the buses. For example: “Miami-Dade District Schools” or “Los Angles Unified School District”. Don’t get me wrong, their are just as many private school transportation operations too, I just found it odd they I didn’t see any designation on the buses.
Yes, instead of schools owning their own buses here, the bus companies are contracted to do the service. Hence why you see multiple companies, or things that are random because the companies have the freedom to do what they want to a point.
