Sina fans, I beg your indulgence, because this is going to be a very long comment. Some time back I promised Sina I would go into detail as to why I consider this song to be an example of “peak Sina”, some of her very best work and a showpiece for her talent. “Forty Six & 2” is a track by prog-metal band Tool, a group and genre that I was unfamiliar with until I saw this drum cover. The song is about as far as you can get from “pop”. It is repetitive, has no melodic hooks or harmony, and its lyrics are obscure at best. What it does have is a complex, demanding drum part. The song opens with four bars of a somber guitar riff, a pattern that will continue through much of the track. In the next four bars, Sina adds cymbal accents. For another four bars, we get triples on the ride cymbal in a counterpoint to the guitar pattern, giving the impression of a non-standard time signature (although it’s really just 4/4). Then, following a one-bar cymbal flourish, Sina launches into the first real groove of the song - but what a groove it is! It’s worth examining in some detail since Sina’s smooth delivery makes it seem almost effortless. Let’s break it down. The left foot has the easy job. It’s just maintaining a straight on-beat rhythm on the hi-hat. The right foot puts in a double bass note on the one-beat. But now look at the right hand: it’s doing a complex pattern of rim shots on the floor tom, single-triple-single-triple-triple. Meanwhile, the left hand is working the roto-toms in an entirely different syncopated counter-rhythm. This groove calls for an incredible level of four-limb independence. It’s as if each extremity has its own separate brain, running a pattern all its own yet perfectly synced to the other three. It’s an astonishing skill that betrays years of hard work and practice. If you think it’s easy, try it yourself. I’d be impressed if you can tap along with even the two hand patterns, never mind all four. After eight bars of this pattern, as the first verse opens, we begin to get variations on the theme. First come cymbal accents on the one-beat, briefly interrupting the rim-shot pattern without disrupting it or any of the other parts of the groove. After eight bars of this the intensity ratchets up further - the cymbal notes are replaced by two syncopated tom hits, again with no interruption of the groove. Eight bars later at 1:53, a quick tom fill leads into the chorus and a new, high-intensity groove. This is more like a traditional rock groove, with snare and hi-hat hits punctuated with crash cymbals. But the bass drum pattern has become more complex and includes some 16th notes leading into the 3-beat. This seven-bar section ends with a one-measure fill and a momentary rest. Two four-bar instrumental bridges, each with its own groove pattern, lead into the next verse. Sina plays this similar to the first verse, but not quite the same; it’s yet another set of variations on the theme. But when we get to 3:18 there’s something new, three measures of a strong counter rhythm and a fourth bar with three straight-time blast beats and a full stop that leads into the bridge. The first eight bars of the bridge are almost simple, a nearly straightforward rock beat while the guitars take a break from their hypnotic pattern and build to a siren-like crescendo. But it’s in the next eight bars that Sina shows her chops to the fullest, as she lays in a series of increasingly complex fills on the toms until at 4:05 she gets to take the first real rest as the guitars return to the main theme once more. And she’s going to need that rest, because after another ten bars of cymbal and roto-tom accents, she bursts out with the most intense fill of the song, rolling down through every tom, nailing snare and cymbals, briefly revisiting the main groove but adding double-bass pedals, playing what amounts to an embedded drum solo with rolls from snare to toms and back before getting back into the main groove again for the final verse but this time with unique fills in each bar. All this leads into a final coda that builds in intensity up to those final crash hits in groups of five, the first four instantly muted, the last allowed to ring for an eighth-note so that the mute itself becomes a beat, repeating until the very last group is cut short with the concluding hit on the closed hi-hat. This is true mastery. If some of the simpler rock covers left any doubt about Sina’s skills, this video doesn’t just dispel them, it makes them seem silly. Every facet of virtuoso drumming is here: power, precision, dynamic range, taste and feel. There was no cheating or studio trickery - it is clear that this was recorded as a single take, possibly the only take unless there was a wardrobe change. The song, even its genre, may not be to your taste, but the performance here puts Sina in the top rank of drummers regardless of age or gender.
Donald Boettger Why in the hell did 183 people dislike this? You may not like the song but what she’s doing is incredible. Don’t get it. Keep jamming Sina and God bless.
@@MrMashman93 Well, that's a whopping 1.5% of people who gave it a thumbs-up, so not that much of a concern. Man! That is such a technically complex song for such a young person to not only understand but to master. Wow! I am truly blown away. Sina, your passion for this is very impressive.
Sina is perfect in so many ways! She is totally immersed in this music and breathes with it. Not just the timing of the hits and strikes is sharp, but also the reciprocal volume on kickdrum, different cans and cymbals. Every strike counts. From midsong onwards she increases pressure and fills the intensity to the brim. Her playing brings tears in my eyes and it’s a constant delight to watch! Her standards and goals for playing go way beyond normal expectations. She doesn’t even seem to need or care for all the appreciation that she deserves, though! Rock goddess!
Absolutely stunning performance, Miss Sina! You have given us an extraordinary drum-cover this week that in no uncertain terms illustrates that all of your hard work and study these last several years has paid off - providing further evidence you are well on your way to being the definitive drummer (as opposed to describing you as 'lady-drummer', 'young drummer', 'German drummer', etc.) of the 21st Century! A few years ago your cymbal-play was largely unremarkable, but whether it is your formal training, experience, hard work and/or practice that is responsible - you have made your work on the cymbals one of your skills I look forward to enjoying each video you create! In this outstanding drum cover of 'Forty-six & 2', you deliver tantalizing rim-shot syncopation that is most excellent along with your superb play on the toms and the cymbals too! Miss Sina, you demonstrate very clearly on your Chi Might II tracks as well as in drum-covers like this one, the (not so common) ability to drive the tune with percussion without the need to have the dynamic raised for the drum track or (more importantly) detracting from the vocal or instrumental tracks that are at the center of the performance. Miss Sina, you and your entire team just keep getting better and better! What a "fun-tastic" to usher in the weekend. Great work on this performance!
Jason Meinhart Jason? I wish I had wrote your words B/C that’s way I’ve always seen Sina. As best drummer to ever come across my ears. NOT best female, young, etcetera as you so Poignantly
*HOLY BLEEP, BLEEP, BLEEP!* Finally!!! I have been following you for quite some time now Sina and I have been waiting to see you get angry at those skins! Your animation and body language screams *RAAAWWRRR!* Love how you get into this one. Seriously a whole lot of punch in a pint-size package! You may have worked up a sweat a bit, but its evident at the end that you could do it 10 times more. Hardly out of breathe at all! You are in incredible shape young lady. This kicks ass on so many levels. The facial expression at 528 is something I have NEVER, EVER seen in any of your videos. WOW!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Speaking of love, the thumbnail for this should be part of some future merchandise. Really a great shot and theme Sina! Once again Fridays rolls around and I am left breathless and in awestruck! You ROCK SO HARD YOUNG LADY!
Steve J I totally agree with you Steve J! Naturally, I had to go and watch 5:28 per your comment. I've seen that brief exptression...super intense, 100% focused, and then just a slight "smile of satisfaction", knowing in her heart & soul that she nailed it! But just for a millisecond. Which she did of course. Great observation by the way!
This song is difficult to pull off for any musicians with it's changing technical compositions! I do believe Sina this is some of your finest work, period. My favorite from you, you totally owned it!!!
Probably my favourite Tool song (but there are so many!) especially because of the complexities and nuances in Danny Careys drumming. If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I'd swear blind it was Danny playing along. That has to be SO hard to play 😳👏👏👏
Remarkable. Think I have watched 7 or 8 covers of this song. This the first one where the drummer really became a part of the music. Sinked in skillfully and spiritually.
This is just plain BAD ASS drum work. I can't think of any one with more talent and drive. Pure perfection, pure determination and so freaking amazing. Why are you not a millionaire and why are bands not camping in your yard just to get a chance to hear you play. I'm blown away by you and your entire family. Wake up young people and watch Sina. This is a super star.Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I’ve heard this song covered before by other drummers on UA-cam, but I love the song, and I just thought, “Let’s see what Sina does with it...” the rolls are so tight, and the whole piece is so crisp, this is my new favorite cover of this song. Rock on, Sina.
Hi Sina, I'm not a drummer and I don't know how to play the drums, but in all your videos I can admire the precision and perfection of your performances. At least, this is what I understand and this is what is evident in all your videos. Congrats.
I just discovered this young lady's drum cover videos recently and in my honest opinion she has raw talent and has earned the Golden drumstick award in my mind . Sina is a drumming Goddess !! Keep on rocking !!
You can hear someone play a part correct, and it doesn't sound great, then you hear someone with immense talent, but also the 'feel' element, and it's outstanding. Great job.
Love the rotos and you did a perfect job with dragging the bass back when needed and floating ahead of the beat when needed. Very good job. I could watch the last 90 seconds again and again. A talented drummer going to work. No frills. No self-awareness. No glancing at the camera. Simply banging the part out.
Markus Fuchs Yes she did! And she is a pro! I didn't think it was humanly possible to continue to grow and improve after watching Sina Drums for a couple years. But once again, I've been proved wrong.
Summer must be near...the shoes are off! Very nicely done! A real workout. I have no idea how any drummer can do so many different things at once. That was amazing.
One comment I have about this performance is when she does the rapid bass drum work, she appears to have great balance and subtle movement of her legs. Some people when the do double bass stuff look like they are pedaling a bicycle but Sina has a very impressive technique for his. Kudos to her. Upvoted and subscribed. You're welcome Sina.
OMG!! My favourite drummer in the world 🌎! Covering one of my favourite bands, and picking one of their toughest songs 46&2!! Danny Carey IS NOT an easy drummer to cover! He shows his drums no mercy!! Damn girl if you weren’t already my favourite drummer in the world, you would be now!! I love you love you love you!! Your sweat shows how hard that song is to cover and the workout it is, and did a perfect job!! I have watched other drummers on here cover this song and did great, but they were using kits twice the size of yours! That makes your cover even more incredible! Damn I love you girl!! There isn’t another drummer in this world in my opinion who could touch you now!! I would love to hear hear you cover Tools songs Vicarious and The Pot! Sober would be cool to but I don’t know if there is a clean version of that one or not, it’s not for language sensitive ears. Girl I’m so impressed by you and all you do!! LADY SINA FOREVER!!
As a professional drummer for +30 years Sina performance was OUTSTANDING!! I love this Tool song and Sina really nailed it.. LOVE to see more you really are FIRE.
I don't always watch the videos I just enjoy some of her great music blasting away while doing a jigsaw. Since discovering Sina on here a few years ago not many days have gone by when I haven't watched/listened to her playing. Today this video came up on a playlist for the first time for me. I don't know what to say as I've run out of superlatives for Sina
I’m enthralled every time I listen to this track. Donald’s explanation makes me understand why. She is masterful and if you can’t see it or at least hear it then pity on you . Watching her in other tracks where she actually has to hold herself back is when I lean forward in my seat and shout go go go!
If there is a better percussionist on the planet, I haven't seen or heard them. To me, I always thought that Neil Peart was the best but this young lady is climbing the mountain fast. You are a true professional, unbelievable talent. Your dedication and hard work is inspiring to this drummer. Brilliant performance, I can't watch this clip enough!
I've always wondered what it would be like to have a separate brain in each of my limbs. Now I know. How Sina can be so amazingly coordinated and keep it all clear in her head is just genius. I thought she was a fantastic drummer 9 years ago when I 'discovered' her. Now, there is no doubt whatsoever. IMO Sina ranks with the finest drummers in raw talent.
I play Samba and african drums. One day someone brought that Roto-/ Tomtom pattern (from 1:30 on), we splitted it into four to be played as a two bar break between cowbell, repinique, and two surdos. Now I know, where it came from, and that a single person can play all of it with two hands! Esp. the right hand is amazing - adding those hits on the drumheads from that rim pattern, not letting one drop...
Many cover this song. As usual, Sina delivers an exciting performance with technical precision and her audio and video production team did a fabulous job!
I don't know how long I've been watching you for now, but this cover is still one of my favourites. Such a complex pattern made to look easy. I hope some day I can see you play live.
All you boys and girls out there! Understand that this is not a somewhat common drum performance! You enhance your ability with this perfect camera clip. Excellent! you are a star of course !! You are number 1 !!
What a trooper! I could tell how much Sina was pushing herself. I don't really care for Tool but this was great work. It shows the kind of endurance she has. Sina you have got to get your band to come to America. And if that is eventually planned - how would fans know? I'd love to see you and your band in concert. Nice work and best wishes
Hey everybody! It's Tool-Time - and today's featured tool is ... a gene splicer! THE SONG - "Forty Six & 2" was written by prog-metal band Tool members Danny Carey (drums), Justin Chancellor (bass), Adam Jones (guitar), and Maynard James Keenan (vocals). It was the fourth single from their album 'Ænima' (sometimes spelled 'Aenima') - pronounced "ON-ima". No specific recording date is given other than the band started writing and recording the album in Sept 1995 and it was released on Sept 17, 1996. As a single, "Forty Six & 2" peaked at #22 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart on Dec 13, 1997, spending a total of 18 weeks on that chart. What does the song mean? There are a number of interpretations. Tool doesn't supply lyrics with the albums. Vocalist Keenan says most people "don't get it" and it's not important to the band that they do. "Forty Six & 2" may deal with subjects as esoteric as Jungian philosophy and evolution. A popular belief is that the song refers to the next stage of human evolution where, instead of 46 chromosomes (44 autosomes and 2 sex chromosomes) in our DNA, we would have 48 (46 autosomes and 2 sex chromosomes or 46 & 2). Some who believe in the "23 Enigma" point out that 46/2=23. Some people find both religious and anti-religious statements in the lyrics. Perhaps interpretation is best left to the individual listener. THE COVER - The musical arrangement of "Forty Six & 2" is equally complex - Time signatures are mostly 4/4 with some 7/8. The drummer Danny Carey plays at 7/8 for 4 bars on the ride cymbal while the rest of the band stays in 4/4. There are more complicated time signature shifts in other parts of the song. Sina clearly has no problem with mathematical subdivisions even though she has only the normal number of chromosomes - and we're all thankful for that! :D It's also obviously summer again and the "Chucks" go back in the closet! And talk about hot in the basement, after about the 04:30 mark, the full drum workout started! Wow, I think that's the first time I've seen you break a sweat! Too bad only your video's thumbnail picture got to go outside! Great stuff! FUN FACTS - James Keenan joined the US Army in the early '80s. He studied at West Point Prep School 1983-84 and sang in the glee club. It was there that he adopted "Maynard" as part of his stage name. In addition to other pursuits, he is a winemaker. He owns Merkin Vineyards near Sedona, Arizona.
I found Sina's work last week but subscribed today. Tool's music is complex, interesting and different than almost anything else out there in the music industry. Sina was playing Danny Carey's part of this song. There isn't a way to decribe his drumming style. This amazing young lady did a great job playing this song.
My mind is blown away by your level of talent. Keep pumping them out. There are those of us out here that really enjoy watching the younger generation have an appreciation for music. Thank you
Sina, that was great! I have been following you for a long time...I'm an old woman now and I've been playing the drums for many decades and you are the best!!!
This looked like quite a technically and physically difficult bit of drumming but you handled it like a boss! Found it mesmerizing to watch and listen to. Loved your well deserved satisfied look at the end! Great work and thank you for sharing! :)
Pure perfection! In the ideal world I would be able to give an infinite number of thumbs up to this performance. Sadly the world is less than ideal, and I'm restricted to only one :-(
as a retired drummer i got to admire you don't back away from a challenge. you cover different songs better than i ever could. it is a blessing to know you are bringing inspiration to the world at this time. as an artist you have such good taste. of all the covers i've seen i learned something of the drum part and i can appreciate Tool for their complex take no prisoners style. of the covers i have seen to date it would seem an early Bill Buford is one of the hardest to emulate. the crispness of his stick work is hard to duplicate. i feel enriched to see all aspects of you artistry grow and increase, makes me feel better as a human. Cheers
Holy crap! I've known and played this song on guitar for years and this is by far the most accurate drum cover I've ever seen of 46 and 2. That was great man. Keep em coming girl you rock! Just amazingly perfect true talent that takes time and dedication. Thank you so much for choosing one of my favorite songs to cover, you did a fantastic job!
Seems like a true student of percussion and a genuine proficient to me... I look forward to showing my daughters this kind of footage for inspiration. Keep up the awesome work.
I've seen so many drum covers of this song. But, you're the 1st one to truly attempt Dany's intro using his off time rim shots and I like how you used the rotos to make it sound great. Great job Sina!!
I love Sina's talent on just about everything she does BUT ALL OF YOU need to UA-cam other female drummers as well. The best female cover of this song is by MEYTAL check it out You Tubers(In all fairness to Sina, Meytal also has better drum kit setup for this song!)
Danny Carey is probably the best polyphonic drummer alive today. He makes switching from major beats to minor beats look effortless and reminds me of an octopus with infinite independent control over each limb. I also find it interesting that he not only center mounts his high hat but has foot pedals for it on both sides next to the dual kick drum pedals allowing him to use it with either foot. Unique to be sure. Having watched nearly every drum cover of this song I have found the girls/women (Sina and M****l) leading the pack on this song and leaving the guys in the dust. Of the two best females covering this song it seems to me that Sina sticks closer to the drum score and really crushes it in spite of being almost unnoticeably behind with the kick drums on part of the drum solo. Yeah, I'm just picking nits and my opinion and $5 will get you a cup of coffee. Congratulations to Sina for a job well done. Love what you are doing. 👍
Молодец! Эмоциональная, дисциплинированная и очень работящая девушка! Очень нравится уважительное, смелое, творческое отношение к оригиналу, бережное его преподнесение и развитие! Thank your Sina!
This is one of the greatest videos I've ever seen. I've watched it 3 times and the third time is better than the first. It made me understand the song. There are many virtuosos in the world, but few that can reach out, pull you in and make things clearer.
I am a little late to the party.... wow ! No words 🎉 Simply perfect . These 7/8 rolls made me goosegumps... you were already a blessed talented beautiful drummer just turned 19 y/o No words 🩷
You did very awesome job on this cover! It is a technically hard song to play on the drums. I mean pretty much most of tools songs are technically and hard. Thank you for doing this song and showing us all your amazing talent! ❤❤
i'm starting, now, to get recommendations to watch cover videos from a lot of other drummers. if no other cover of yours--and i haven't yet seen an original song, i think; i'm looking forward to it--tells me that you're the best, this one does, and it's my opinion that you're better than the original drummer. during the intro, the cymbols are meant to be played exactly as beautifully as you've done, and you can hear staccato on the album where there should be whisper. i am so glad i stumbled onto your videos and have begun to chip in.
Damn this was good. Danny Carey(Tool's drummer) has some of the weirdest odd-time signatures. But when heard all together, they come mesh in perfect harmony. It's what makes Tool so unique to me. Sina was absolutely awesome here. This song is a freakin' grinder. But it was followed to an almost perfect T. It's hard to put into words how good this cover was.
Not my favorite song. *But* you have the ability to drag me into your little basement studio, prop me up in the corner, say "Pay Attention," and then deliver a really exquisite performance. Please don't stop. (I'll bring a fan next time - promise) SINA ! ;))
Well Done! Luckily I was going through your video list after deciding to support you on Patreon and have been wanting to see you cover this since I first came across you on YT a year or so ago... You did wonderfully... 💖💖💖
Das schaff ich nicht immer täglich aber zumindest wöchentlich.Alles in Allem gebe ich dir Recht. Es ist immer wieder begeisternd, wie Sina dies nicht einfache Stück meistert.
I loved. I do not miss any of your videos, and when I saw the title of forty six and 2, I could not believe it, since it is one of my favorite songs devido precisely to the drums. I already wanted to see you again making a video with that quality. Well done Sina.

What he said
Jason Meinhart I)
Say what... She is from Germany?! How cool is that :D
Sie kommt aus Marburg. Ihr Papi ist der da: vimeo.com/2071139
Skill like this brings tears to my eyes. It is overwhelming.
She already is. ✌🌟
Yes!!! It's incredibly complex to address all 4 aspects of this song at once on the drums. A+.
Yes, Danny Carey’s skill brings a tears to my eyes.
WTF!!! This is beyond difficult. Major props young lady. Your skills never fail to impress.
She was already a drummer at 13 or 14 years old. Look for her Van Halen cover Jump. Thanks.
After years, still one of my favorite videos on the internet! Great job!
Probably my favourite Tool song (but there are so many!) especially because of the complexities and nuances in Danny Careys drumming. If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I'd swear blind it was Danny playing along. That has to be SO hard to play 😳👏👏👏
Get it, kid! That was freakin' AWESOME!!! Well done, yo!
Remarkable. Think I have watched 7 or 8 covers of this song. This the first one where the drummer really became a part of the music. Sinked in skillfully and spiritually.
She is pretending to play in the video...
Gary-You are right... Skill, passion, and precision add up to something so incredibly amazing...
Gary Bullock i
Great talent
I don't think she is as great as you say she is.
that's ummmm lil exaggerated. Don't you think?
I’ve heard this song covered before by other drummers on UA-cam, but I love the song, and I just thought, “Let’s see what Sina does with it...” the rolls are so tight, and the whole piece is so crisp, this is my new favorite cover of this song. Rock on, Sina.
Hi Sina, I'm not a drummer and I don't know how to play the drums, but in all your videos I can admire the precision and perfection of your performances. At least, this is what I understand and this is what is evident in all your videos. Congrats.
Had to come back and watch this one again. Sina is a drum goddess! This song is so intense. Sina really broke a sweat by the end. Just perfection!
She is not playing in the video...
That's a song for a pro... And you nailed it! 🙏
Markus Fuchs Hell yeaaah !!!!!!!!
this is hard but traid by TOOL is for the god like danny carey
Markus Fuchs Yes she did! And she is a pro! I didn't think it was humanly possible to continue to grow and improve after watching Sina Drums for a couple years. But once again, I've been proved wrong.
many others Tool songs are hard to play on drums . Danny is a real beast
Check out Meytal Cohen's version. Both great. Different, but great.
Summer must be near...the shoes are off! Very nicely done! A real workout. I have no idea how any drummer can do so many different things at once. That was amazing.
The precision it takes to play this song, she absolutely nailed it. Soooo impressive.
INSANELY tight! Wow And I love how you don't have like 30 drums and 20 cymbals. Shows you can play on a normal drum set! Tightest cover I've heard
She can play that single kick better than most can with a double kick. Really says something for sure
I truly hope we see more TOOL from you Sina, you sure do shine playing their technical tracks. You ROCK girl!.
Of all her videos, this is BY FAR the very best of Sina! Well done!
"Sweatin' to the drum covers". Thanks, Sina! Your timing with the rest of the track was flawless! I like this one a lot!
Thanks for the mention, Lee! Helping other listeners understand what's so great about Sina's work on this track is exactly what I was hoping for.
Sina, you're a real credit to the sisterhood! You're rolling with the big boys playing Tool, Zep, The Who, etc. & you nail it. love to watch you.
Best druming I've ever seen in my life! Holy COW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know how I missed this in the past.
THAT...WAS...AMAZING
That was seriously badass!
Frikin nailed It 🔨
Super technical with time change, double base, and everything.. and still a perfect circle ⭕️ I take a bow🙇🏻
And I DO TAKE.....10000000000000000000000000!
evo lve nope double pedal not double bass
I don't know how long I've been watching you for now, but this cover is still one of my favourites. Such a complex pattern made to look easy. I hope some day I can see you play live.
Incredible, this is a song for elite drummers
She is up to the task. Bravo!
Damn! Covering Danny like that, one of the best drummers of all time. Mad props!
this is my 10th time watching this in 2 days, still brings me joy
You truly have a gift it's amazing how good you are on the drums
This young woman is absolutely incredible 🤘🤘🤘 she is truly a role model for young girls everywhere!!!
Juliet P. Excellent description especially time signature
I love your comments about the context of all the songs. Thanks Juliet.
Thanks again as always Juliet. I always love your posts!!! :D
Correction: Sina has the extra "D" chromosome for drumming that we plain mortals don't have.
Well done
I found Sina's work last week but subscribed today. Tool's music is complex, interesting and different than almost anything else out there in the music industry. Sina was playing Danny Carey's part of this song. There isn't a way to decribe his drumming style. This amazing young lady did a great job playing this song.
My mind is blown away by your level of talent. Keep pumping them out. There are those of us out here that really enjoy watching the younger generation have an appreciation for music. Thank you
Sina, that was great! I have been following you for a long time...I'm an old woman now and I've been playing the drums for many decades and you are the best!!!
You know it's serious when Sina has her hair in a ponytail and is playing barefoot- simply amazing.
and sweating!!!
What does that have to do with anything ?
@@Juno_Beach you new here? That's when she's in her zone and is killing it!
@@dspencer1969 ok fine , but what does her ponytail and BF have to do with?
@@Juno_Beach Let it go Elsa
What a great job. Tough song to tackle
Can't help but keep on going back to this video to watch. Really impressive drumming! Really blown away! 🤯
Love that quiet interlude when you are anticipating the drums coming in strong around 4:15. Best part is her subtle smile at the end!
Wow again 🫶 ! You nailed it sooo perfectly. 🎉
Btw: your Foto at ending, during patreon list : gorgeous. Wished I had a Poster
This looked like quite a technically and physically difficult bit of drumming but you handled it like a boss! Found it mesmerizing to watch and listen to. Loved your well deserved satisfied look at the end! Great work and thank you for sharing! :)
So when you have 'favorite songs' and those songs get better...
Its amazing!
Thank you Sina!
Cheers
If you can master Tool, then you can master anything and everything. Amazing drum cover, wow!!
That was bad ass. That’s not an easy song to cover and you tore that song up. Great job. The best drum cover I ever seen of that song.
Oh Sina, Thank You!!! Für mich einer deiner besten.
Seems like a true student of percussion and a genuine proficient to me... I look forward to showing my daughters this kind of footage for inspiration. Keep up the awesome work.
She is not playing what you hear so that wouldn't be fair to your kids
Impeccable! Your level of independence is master level. The whole song was executed, nay expressed without a hint of struggle. I am beyond impressed.
I've seen so many drum covers of this song. But, you're the 1st one to truly attempt Dany's intro using his off time rim shots and I like how you used the rotos to make it sound great. Great job Sina!!
As always Sina, an incredibly precise and excellent execution of a wonderful song!
That is likely the best drum cover I have seen of this song. Johnkey's are 100% solid, but the mix on the this one makes the drums pop. Excellent job!
Absolutely amazing , always amazes me how people are able to remember so many different drum covers, or even own they make up, what a talent , wow
Молодец! Эмоциональная, дисциплинированная и очень работящая девушка! Очень нравится уважительное, смелое, творческое отношение к оригиналу, бережное его преподнесение и развитие! Thank your Sina!
I honestly dont know how one can do so many different things at once and well. Drums continue to amaze me😂
This is one of the greatest videos I've ever seen. I've watched it 3 times and the third time is better than the first. It made me understand the song. There are many virtuosos in the world, but few that can reach out, pull you in and make things clearer.
I am a little late to the party.... wow ! No words 🎉
Simply perfect . These 7/8 rolls made me goosegumps... you were already a blessed talented beautiful drummer just turned 19 y/o
No words 🩷
You did very awesome job on this cover! It is a technically hard song to play on the drums. I mean pretty much most of tools songs are technically and hard. Thank you for doing this song and showing us all your amazing talent! ❤❤
This young lady is on her way to becoming an internationally known rock star.
I'm pretty sure this song demonstrates that she has already arrived as being one of the best in the world
Studio musicians make oK Dow too
@@sonshinelight Meytal and Brooke covered this a long time ago.
There are a million girl drum virtuosos on youtube. Look around. You need more than a pretty face and exceptional talent to make it these days.
is she a rockstar yet?
i'm starting, now, to get recommendations to watch cover videos from a lot of other drummers. if no other cover of yours--and i haven't yet seen an original song, i think; i'm looking forward to it--tells me that you're the best, this one does, and it's my opinion that you're better than the original drummer. during the intro, the cymbols are meant to be played exactly as beautifully as you've done, and you can hear staccato on the album where there should be whisper. i am so glad i stumbled onto your videos and have begun to chip in.
A mesmerising marriage of fluidity and power. Magnificent.
Your freaking amazing!! Keep it up!! Don't know very many people that can keep up with Tool drummer
This is so impressive, holy shit
Well, after watching about 20 times… ...outstanding performance! I love it!
i need my dose of sina music every day. and forty six &2 is one of them. masterpice..
I don't care what others may say but Sina in my mind is a drumming goddess with mad drum skills ❤️
Always look forward to your covers. Excellent job. Please keep them coming
IMPRESSIVE! this song has one of the best drum parts ever
I was in a bad mood tonight and I just stumbled onto you playing... now I'm so happy. So enjoyable listening to you play. Thank you.
Just WoW...Sina Simple the best 🌹
I loved. I do not miss any of your videos, and when I saw the title of forty six and 2, I could not believe it, since it is one of my favorite songs devido precisely to the drums. I already wanted to see you again making a video with that quality. Well done Sina.
The only time I saw Sina break a sweat, and the end result is glorious.
Sina has posted 463 videos and has sweat on 3. This song, July Morning, and a little bit on Rosanna. She makes it look easy most of the time.
@@gregbr100 Was gonna say I’ve never seen Sina break a sweat either. I’m amazed that you can name the three videos in which she has!
I admire your talent Sina, flawless execution, timing, stability
