- He used to draw like artists when he was 15 then switched to the modern art that we are seeing.....Picasso once said..."It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child."
I feel so lucky to come across this video
Same
I feel shit
Even a small child can draw or paint better than this.......to come across this and feel lucky is overated comment......
Picasso bei der Arbeit...!
Ein Vergnügen! Einem Genie gelingt alles! DANKE
One of the greats! It’s sad when an artist is gone because they love to create.
What i love about picasso is that he still had talent and painted "normal" portraits and faces in his youth, but later developed his own style.
I agree.
"It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child"
@@dani.alvaro9280a phrase to justify his obvious artistic deterioration
@@christopher24-07 To whom he needed to justify his artistic vision?
Pure, honest and I would say one of the bravest artist to have ever lived. Is everything he did a masterpiece? I would say emphatically no, but look at "Guernica" and tell me it doesn't belong in the Pantheon of the greatest paintings of history. He was the Rapahel, Boticelli, Leonardo of the modern era and he kicked down the door of classicism like no other artist. In fact he blew the door off the hinges.
Ordinary people always say they can draw like this, but they can't even think of an image like this
Edit: Okay, for those who disagree. There is a story about Picasso where a woman asks for him to sketch her. Picasso agreed, but not before asking a million dollars."How can you ask for so much? It took you five minutes to draw this!” the woman said. And Picasso replied
“No It took me 40 years to draw this in five minutes.”
I agree with him. If you search for his older paintings, you'll see his style is much more realistic but as he progress, it became simpler and minimalist until he came to this. And if you might think everyone could do he did on the video, then why aren't everyone is great as he is? Why do artists like me, train and practice for months just to mimic his art style? Why do people waste millions of dollars for a painting that looks like a children's drawing?
I might still agree if you say you can sketch like him, just like in the video. Because its just the initial sketch, even I can draw a gesture of a chicken or a buffalo. However, im sure an inexperienced person can't think of a meaningful and aesthetic picture as Picasso does.
No, they cannot. However this painting is plainly awfulness, that means, something with a high economical value but zero artistic value nonetheless.
But they can physically, correct ?They just can't think of awful images, simply.
They do not suffer such a corruption of the mind as Picasso. Simply. Picasso was a great painter from the technical point of view, as El Geco was for example, or Velázquez, but there was a clear corruption in his mind, probably bussiness success
Leonardo Da Vinci the winner, the best ante Pablo Picasso.
You are correct
Picasso reached levels beyond skill. A true master, it's amazing to watch this.
Agreed 💯

THIS IS NOT ART.THIS IS KIDS PAINTING AND PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE SUCH A BIG THING!
@@antoniskyriakou327 You are a fool, just look at the paintings he made when he was only 15 years old, if thats what you want then he considers you very boring. Picasso is the norm of what a gifted person with motivation and dedication can become, you can not comprehend.
Lucky to see the process of the goat. That’s what creating art’s like: give and take, chance, calculation, time, play. & sometimes it’s none of that.
And a lot of wine most of all 🤓
I think what people don’t get is that Picasso was very skilled, he could paint like a god. Realistic paintings of whatever he wants. He chose to draw like this though.
He painted like a little kid. Yet, his piercing eyes were so focused that it turned into something so genius that we still cannot understand. But, love and are inspired by to this day. Bravo! 👏🏾
He made it look easy. I love his pottery and his sculptures.
Because it is crap. Actually when I take a dump it is less ugly!
@@bluesque9687 picasso could draw way better than it tbh
The first fragments from this film I was able to see, wake up a curiosity to learned and try free hand painting also give me confidence and joy form my paintings !!! they are not even near as good as his but!!! I really enjoyed painting like that , let the pigment flow on a surface is very relaxing to me !!!
Maestro, cuánto me ha enseñado!!!!!!!!!!! Además, de dibujo y pintura, la LIBERTAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRACIAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!🎨💎💎💎💎💎💎
Loved the ways he changes the subject in his work, constantly changing his mind, such as the chicken to a demon, or a fish to a chicken. And turning a vase into a bird. I loved the goat painting, his many interpretations of it. Any one of the steps in creating this work could be a finished work. The goat painting also gives us a clue to how he arrived at some of his early Cubist paintings. This great imaginative mind. Perhaps the way all our minds should work.
One of the greatest painter in the history of art...🌹🌹❤️❤️
However he cosidered his work was shameful or he repented of it or was ashamed or something like that. I feel like him.
😂😂😂FUNNY
Nah
Great artist! A great philosopher and a great master of his craft.
Pablo Picasso sir I miss you 😭😭 aap ish duniya se chalegaye 😭😭😭 agar aap ish duniya me hote to mai aap se kuch sikh leta 😭 really sir you are great artist in the world 😭mera yek hi sapna hai ki mai aap jaisa great artist banu 🥺

Watching this video is a blessing for painters. I learned a lot. Thank you.
Can you put it into words?

Amazing!
The combination of video and background music is fantastic. Like harmony
Maestro sans doute, mercis beaucoup

OK Art students, now try and draw one listening 🎧 to Classic rock n roll like Hendrix Experience and Cream. You might surprise yourself. Professor of Art Harry
mind blowing - he has got it alllll ...
The beauty of the simplicity
Picasso war für mich der grösste Künstler. Seine Werke haben mich tief inspiriert. Thanks Pablo Picasso❤💖
Imagine what he could've made if given a thousand years to live.
Amazing video
Glad you think so!
Goes to show artists….paint, react, imagine what you feel.
Imagine if he had a million years to paint. Eventually he could put a paint brush on a canvas, and the very dust, under a microscope, would reveal, a smiley face.
Sem palavras,um gênio do pincel,Inspirador!
Como tem trouxa no mundo 🤦🏻
@@shakey3306 Reeducação prá você meu camarada.

He is actually a doodle artist
Merci❤

Genial.
Gracias.
This is a compilation of the Picasso clips available online. I've edited the video and the music is mine. If you use my video you can just don't forget to mention my channel for credits.
Impressive 💖✨
Thank you 💖
Oh to be so free.
The GOAT 🐐
His music is interesting 🙌
he actually knew how to paint in his earlier days
He did. I read a book on his life. It was very interesting.
hey Jude
I've studied Picasso's composition, and it was based to a great degree upon relating the subject to the frame. He does this by having direct or implied lines intersecting with the corners of the frame, and strong horizontal and vertical lines that were parallel to the frame. You can see how with every work he did in this video he in-the-moment ensures he is doing this.
dólares!
He can perfectly draw objects and it's shadows but he wanted to draw like a kid and he may be wanted to draw one line arts
🙏
Pronam janai ART isWorld
I liked how the cow's head changed.
"Le mystère Picasso" a movie from Henri-Georges Clouzot- 1955.
No mention?
Good pecasso
This is wonderful! Question, though- I wondered what the interesting music was and shazam gave me 8 different answers! ( =
I made this music and I'm glad you liked. currently it's only available here.

Tonha tira a piruca de perpetua!!!
In his young days, his painting is elegant. But he draw like a kid when he became old
under every video of him, people always make fun of his art, but if you're an artist you get it lmao
@7577 zhaoshang hao zhongguo xianzai wo you BING CHILLING 🥶
I am endlessly unimpressed
Reminds me of Harold and the Purple Crayon.
I can do that for sure, I am artist
Then what are you waiting for?
What’s the market he’s using? It look so expensive!
too bad there wasn't someone filming him and Braque doing their cubist or collages back in 06'. That would have been totally cool. Or
better yet to have film of Rembrandt doing a portrait, or Vermeer? totally cool
💘💘❤❤💖💖
Highest paid doodle art in history
This is a beautiful video, the music is trance-inducing. The composition is a work of art also.
I like the fish that ended up a chicken... or the horse with bull horns. But the naked man and woman rendezvous with the goat takes the cake... He (the sitting man) gets aroused at 9:55.. just look closely and you'll see... Genius. You see, with Picasso you just gotta look close.
