An acre costs around Rs 2.20 crores, madam has done it in m.s, it is wrong, it would have been better if the whole plant was done in gi pipe, the life of gi is 25 years.
You have not done your homework. Should have given more details, height, distance between each pillars, each bed, watering, manure, how many man hours etc.

8 kannals = 1 acre, she's using 2 kanal, which is approx 10.8K sq ft.
