IMOU L11 - Charging and dust suction error

Charging and dust suction errors after firmware upgrade. Insufficient response from the manufacturer, perhaps because after-sales service is not available in South Korea.
The manufacturer says it is a problem with nearby obstacles, but it is not solved by removing obstacles, and there are no problems using other companies' products even if there are obstacles.
Please refer to it when purchasing and make your decision carefully.

Hello. Not resolved. In my case, the problem occurred after a firmware update, and the customer service center only gave basic answers such as telling me that there should be no obstacles near the charging station or changing the installation location, but did not provide any solution. If possible, I would like to at least downgrade the firmware... ;(
