  • Charging and dust suction errors after firmware upgrade. Insufficient response from the manufacturer, perhaps because after-sales service is not available in South Korea.
    The manufacturer says it is a problem with nearby obstacles, but it is not solved by removing obstacles, and there are no problems using other companies' products even if there are obstacles.
    Please refer to it when purchasing and make your decision carefully.

    동일증상으로 집진할때 도크본체 전원이 들어오지 않아서 저는 앱에서 공장초기화 했어요 이후 해결되었는데 좋은 결과 있기를 바래요

      Hello. Not resolved. In my case, the problem occurred after a firmware update, and the customer service center only gave basic answers such as telling me that there should be no obstacles near the charging station or changing the installation location, but did not provide any solution. If possible, I would like to at least downgrade the firmware... ;(
